This should absolutely have been a Five-Star review... everything is there for it to be - the atmosphere is fantastic, family friendly, great parking, plenty of room for everyone, good food trucks, great band the evening we were there... but (and I hate with everything I am that there is a "but") we chose to go with the Granary BBQ and had a lot of high hopes because of everything we had heard... and thus the Three-Stars---
As soon as I recieved the text letting me know our food was ready (love the way this is done, no way to miss the notice) I rushed to the window ready to enjoy some delicious BBQ. I immediately took it back to our seats (located at a spool - reminiscent of my old college days) and we started digging in... only to find everything was cold. Everything. Every. Single. Thing. Cold brisket. Cold jalapeño cheese sausage. Cold beans. Cold mac n cheese. Cold queso. Cold pulled pork. Thankfully cold sour cream and pico. I couldn't believe it. I had picked it up and brought it back, all in under 60 seconds of getting the text. The evening was in the 70s... no way had it gone cold in that amount of time.
Here's the thing though- the flavor that the cold food had was still so good!!! I can only imagine how amazing it would have been had it been hot... my taste buds felt so robbed and cheated.
We made the best of it, and there was nothing left... seriously, we ate it all... I mean it when I say the cold food had amazing flavor... I'm almost in tears now thinking about how good it must be hot.
We will be back - this place is way too much of a jewel to not return. However, we will be trying other food or even bringing some from home for a few visits before we do the BBQ again. This is such a wonderful spot, and we are looking forward to enjoying more bands, hitting up some triva nights, and whatever else they throw out there... yes, it really is a fantastic location and set up -- give it a shot -- maybe just bring a microwave that plugs...

BBQ was tender and moist and seasoned perfectly with a nice Pepper bark that is delicious! Definitely a must for anyone stopping in.
Jalapeno cheese sausage was great and had a nice jalapeno kick to it that I don't usually get with other "jalapeno cheese" sausages.
My wife had the bloody Mary with burnt ends and I was jealous of the burnt ends. Looked amazing and she confirmed that it was. Her words "Spicy and delicious".
For sides, we got the potato salad, coleslaw and Pinto beans and all were delicious as expected.
Atmosphere was nice, there were two large covered seating areas and then several additional tables scattered beneath the trees, so plenty of seating even if the weather isn't the best.
There were several food trucks, and I'm not sure why because the BBQ is definitely the must have for anyone that stops in. But maybe you have a picky kid that doesn't like awesome food, then you could give them some food truck stuff I guess.?.?
Plenty of parking, which is always a must when we want to go somewhere, and an easy to get in and out of location. If you're within 4 hours of this place, you have no excuse not to stop in and give it a try. You...

Finished our morning shopping and was starving. We knew the Granary opened at 11 and arrived at that time.
First impressions- quant place with lots of outdoor tables. Stage for live music. But the best part - the smell. Omg the smell of good old fashioned Texas bbq made our stomachs rumble more. We ended up ordering beef ribs, pork ribs and brisket.
The food is a party of flavor, deliciousness, and home cooking that makes ya want to slap your pappy. Everything is cooked right there. Even the homemade bbq sauce.
One hint - get there early. This is the 3rd time we have tried to get bbq from there and they have...
