Employees are straight GARBAGE, especially management. Paid $30 for the photos shown...double meat and double veggies...there wasn't enough protein on them to fill a child. Called and was given a hard time over the phone, she kept asking if we had eaten the product after I told her no several times and that we would bring them back. She said she couldn't remake them and would need the receipt. I told her it was the online order which she pulled up and saw what we had paid for. She said she wouldn't remake the sandwiches until we got there with the original ones. On the 15 minute drive back to the restaurant we decided we would just get a refund and go somewhere else. When we got to the drive thru a manager was there and we were told they had already remade the subs and therefore we could not get a refund. She then slammed the window shut on us and walked off. Her daughter was there and decided she was an employee and put her two cents in. Why were we told they weren't going to be made until we arrived with the original order and a proof of purchase? Read moreThis has to be the worst experience I've ever had in a Subway. The girls did not even bother to even try for speedy service or speak to us when we came in. I have worked in a Subway and it was understood from day one that speedy prompt service was always expected. if you go to the drive-thru at this location you can expect to wait 20 minutes even if you only have a sandwich. My daughter ordered a sandwich specifically stating that she did not want onions in the time it took me to turn my head the girl put a ton of onions on the sandwich after asking me twice to confirm she did not want onions. She had to be walked through the add-ons two or three times and still forgot what she was doing. The containers had a ton of ice and frost on them and the turkey slices were froze solid halfway through to the bottom of the container. the tables were not cleaned after the patrons had left there was still food all over the tables. Considering there was nobody there when we got there that should be unacceptable considering the pandemic. Also, this is one of the last open subways in this area and knowing that they should strive to be a little better to keep...

Use a little bit of common sense, who eats ice cold chicken or steak? Warm the meat up!!! Also, if avocado is $1.70+tax extra, then I expect it to be put on my sandwich, 3 times now it hasn't and when it was it was such a piddly amount that I feel ripped off. I want exactly what I ordered, sliced avocado, not a tiny bit of the smashed mess that was scraped off the bottom of the EMPTY container! I want my money's worth! Not too mention the sandwich is basically ruined when I have to put it in the microwave to warm up the ice cold meat and ruin the bread and all the vegetables in the process.
