Parkland Plaza — Local services in Jasper

This is a shopping plaza that really hasn't changed besides the name's on the store front since I was a kid back when there was a Wal-Mart located there. Tractor supply has moved out of the plaza into there own bandnew stand alone building with there new location basically right across highway. Big Lots has held on the longest as the main store front of the plaza. The plaza really needs a all around facelift the parking lot to the shops. That plaza has a lot of potential with the new I-22 being built and it's not far off one of Jasper's potential exit's of business development thru that stretch of Jasper. Parkland has always drawn in big box stores but if you don't do a complete do over from the parking lot to the shops and get everything up to date and up to par you will continue to lose these big box stores to better and newer facilities. I always heard it takes money to make money so I believe sinking money into plaza updating everything would be a great investment. I honestly believe that plaza has a great deal of money opportunities with the location of the plaza being in that stretch of new business development off...

Love this place. It's still exciting but on the weekend it's absolutely ridiculous at the teenage kids that they let sit trash the parking lot, break glass cuss, have a little play toy machine guns that nobody knows if they're real or not and I'm sorry I dont understand, why are you letting the kids hang out in the parking lot with toy machine guns acting like they're shooting everybody and nobody really knows what's going on? I mean I understand the kids have fun and we did too back in the day this unfortunately is not the same time it's not a good thing? maybe I'm just speaking for myself but it wasn't a good situation, more than one time, I've been there on a Monday and the trash is so ridiculous in the parking lot you can't even pull in a spot. At least try to tell them to use a TRASH CAN I get it kids have their own life, but at least LEAD them to the water or see where their trying to...

It had been a while since I've been in Big Lots up until last summer they have absolutely yeah everything you need from the floor mat at the doorway from furniture to furnish every room to even the sheets that you put on your bed and the comforters that you use so once you get your living room bedroom dining room daughter's room computer room bathroom office Etc you can find stuff to decorate it to the decor for the whole room I'd say this is a One-Stop shop you can have everything furnished you one day and it home that night...
