Taco Bell — Restaurant in Jasper

Literally the worst taco bell I've ever been to and that says a lot as I've never been to a great one. 6-7 people "working" when you walk in. Wait forever for your food only for them to literally say "This may or may not be all of it" when they hand it to you. Then you definitely don't get all of it and get potatoes that look just like rocks and feel like them too. Then wait forever for all the items that you didn't get the first time. Food was so cold the hottest thing I received was nacho cheese sauce. Guess that's what is supposed to heat up the nacho fries. Tortillas falling apart like they are 3 months old and their packaging has never been closed. Then once you finally get what you've ordered they proceed to go sit back down in the dining area and get back on their phones. I will NEVER be back to this Taco bell location even if they close every food establishment in Jasper except for taco bell. $60 for garbage food and...

I'm a Door Dasher, I walk in wasn't greeted, I stood waiting at the counter for at least 3 minutes before I spoke up. There's 3 employees in there, including a manager and no one even acknowledged me. Then the employee throws the customers box on the counter. I said that was uncalled for, "I'll make sure I let the customer know that you threw her food." She said nothing. The order has a drink, I said, "where's the drink?" The employee " umm k" and she walks away to the back. Then, I stand there waiting. I spoke up once again, "Ma'am I need the customers drink." Might I add there's only 1 couple in there eating and no one in the drive thru. Still nothing. Finally, she comes and brings me a cup of Pepsi with no ice, the lid isn't on. A five star review for a fast food place is usually a shocker honestly. But I had such a good experience at this location. They close at 1am and I called about 1230am Friday morning. I'm a trucker and my co driver was fueling so I wanted to see if the lobby was still open for us to grab an order. The young man was so nice, I told him I'd app order. He told me go on and order and give him 5 minutes or so then come to the door. Handed my order when I got there, everything was correct and everything was very hot and fresh. Which surprised me that every item was fresh like that being they close in 30 minutes. Really enjoy coming across friendly employees like this young man. If the store manager see's this review.
