We stopped here after visiting the nearby Sky waterfall. It was highly recommended to me by my family so I had good knowledge of the food and atmosphere, my wife and I were truly excited to eat here. We went in and ordered, I translated my wife’s order in Spanish and we ordered a couple cokes. They took our order and left some cutlery with napkins on the table. After forty five minutes of waiting, we had nothing to drink and no food. Other Spanish speaking couples came in after us, were served drinks and food, ate and left. We finally just left as none of the waitress would even come over to our table. There was no need to even ask for the manager for some people’s ignorance. The food looked delicious and smelled amazing. It’s just too bad the employees bad attitudes and lack of service loose business for the owner. And by the way, my family knows the owner and will let him...

We came to visit after being out from our hometown for many years and decided to stop to eat at this place. They have the worst customer service we ever had experienced .We were 5 customers and had to leave because they didn't have accommodations for us ( couldn't put together 2 tables for us to be together) , while next to us were 6 people seated together and they had two tables together. I'm just wondering why the made an exception for them but not for us. Also The waitress didn't care at all to trying to accommodate our needs. Thanks to tu bolera jayuya for...

Food was over priced for the quality. My dad had a walker and the lady that created us immediately told us go to the back. We also waited a long while to get a menu. I had to go to the bar and ask for a menu and to be taken care of. Not a place we will coming back to. We order the mofongo with churrasco and it was 30 dollars. We order the sorullitos for appetizers and those were better tasting than...

We were camping and stop at the Casona. Very good "criolla" food. To eat inside you must show your vaccine ID or you can eat in outside tables with natural air. Fast service and special menú before 2 pm. Economical prices in this menú. We went on Friday alternativa 1pm not to busy but we pass by on weekend and it was full, full. Recomend it.

Menu a little pricey, specially the mofongos. Very generous with the portions and their flank steak (churrasco) is very tender and juice, one of the best I had tasted. A word of caution. Never ever order the sangria, specially the pitcher. Too plain and lots of ice no signals of any fruit not even for garnishing. Safer bet the mojitos.
