First time there will not be back. We were the only ones there and did took forever. The bill came and I was Overcharged by 6.50 so I questioned it. Waitress was gone over give minutes and brought back the correct total. Handed it to me the on a hand written receipt. I gave my credit card and after it was ran was told total was higher because I paid with card and the price she wrote was a cash price. What??? I asked where it says that and she replies if I gave you a register receipt it would have said that but I had to hand write it. I responded and said you should have told me that then and I would have paid cash. Seems to me they were just trying to make extra money with the hand written bill and wrong amounts!! Will never go back. Update: owner responded. Did not understand my issue. First handwritten check was $6.50 Overcharged. That was corrected and the new bill was$24.and change. Second check was correct but was not informed that if I pay cash it would be less so I was charged a higher price $25.+. when I questioned the waitress she responded by saying since it was handwritten, It did not tell me cash would be cheaper only ones printed from the register. I said she should have mentioned that when taking my card and I would have paid cash. No other restaurant I have been two charges two different prices. I don't like to give bad reviews and try to give the benefit of the doubt. But I had two horrible experiences here. Once was they double charged my card. The machine asked you to put a tip in, but, it was having issues and she put the bill amount in for the tip. So it was $60 tip. I didn't know that's what happened until she wanted me to sign the receipt, and I asked why the tip was what the bill was - she said the owner would have to reimburse me for it, due to not being able to cancel the transaction.

Today, I order lunch for myself while I was at work. (I work 2 mins from here.) The lady on the phone took my order and said they were busy and it'd be ready in 45 mins. I get there 45mins later (while I'm on my lunch break) and they have no knowledge of my order and even questioned if I called the correct place. I showed her my phone of me calling and what time. Ketter’s has the best breakfast in the area. Their omelets and pancakes are phenomenal. There are only 2 poor things I can say about this place. 1st their hours are terrible and inconvenient for someone who works a normal schedule. I would eat there more often if they were open when I got off of work. 2nd, the service can be hit or miss. Jerry is a phenomenal waitress. Some of the younger lady’s are flat out not great. I have had to go up to the counter and ask for refills myself when I have the younger girls. They are just not attentive like Jerry and the other older lady.
