Dollar General — Local services in Jeannette

I like having this store in our town, but im in a wheelchair and it is a very small store and sometimes cluttered in the aisles which makes it hard for me to get around. Also hate that they dont have the selection of clothes they used to. My other complaint is that i bought items i had coupons for on my app and they didnt come off at the register and had to get back in the long line and wait to get it fixed. The workers were all friendly and helpful. The one manager (I believe he was a manager) went above and beyond to get something off the top shelf. He couldnt find a ladder so instead he improvised and used something else to help him reach it. An employee doing that (even just being friendly), is not all that common anymore unfortunately. The employees are helpful and courteous. But the store is often understaffed and when a truck comes in the store is often cluttered with boxes and trollies. Many times office supplies and animal food and heath and beauty are understocked. The employees try there is just not enough of them and that not their fault its corporates fault. People are not there long probably so they dont have to pay benefits. If i were rating the employees id give...
