We booked the Gelato Brothers truck for our wedding in May at The Trillium Venue. We are not cake fans but love Italian desserts so we knew immediately this unique experience for our guests is exactly what we wanted. It was a big hit at the wedding. My groom and I had the strawberry cheesecake gelato and it was so rich and creamy. So many people complimented having the gelato truck at the wedding. They were very nice to work with. Some of the flavors we chose weren’t available that day and we did not find out until they got there, but being a small business we definitely understand supplies may run out sometimes but the feedback from guests on the substituted flavors were great so it really worked out! We were so happy we booked them and it is definitely a memorable wedding experience! Make sure you get some cute pics outside of the truck!

Highly priced but tasty. Assuming it was the owner or manager we meet that night extremely kind but the young lady serving felt sweet until he left then I'm kindly sure she rolled her eyes at me when I asked her a question on the scoop size and were they always this small or just because it was the kids. Glad we tried but doubtful to go back with 4 kids for the price. Note the spoon size in the cup is a sample spoon

You don't just want Gelato Bros at your wedding/event... you need them! They were so fun and my guests loved them. The gelato was delicious and everyone loved the coffee as well. If you are thinking about hiring them, this is your sign do it. Plus look at these amazing photos too!! 10/10 Highly Recommend!

I have past this place so many times but never stopped because there are never any cars there and it's questionable whether or not they're open. This is coming from someone who indulges in ice cream every single day and goes out of their way to find those "special" flavors. I decided to stop today and check it out and may have found some answers about why there's never any obvious activity surrounding this place. When I walked in, the only apparent employee was visiting with an assumed non employee ( who was not a customer) which was not a huge deal but I felt contributed to the girl's lack of enthusiasm in greeting me, their only customer. The only thing said to me was " Would you like a sample?" It was obvious I had never been there before because of the questions I had to ask due to the lack of a posted menu. I asked if they had waffle bowls....she answered "no". Then I asked "what are your flavors" as I looked all around as though I was lost. At this point, it would have been nice to be offered some assistance with their offered flavors and ways of serving but that didn't happen. I asked for 2 mediums of what looked like cookies and cream. The girl corrected me and said " so 2 scoops of milk and cookies?". Again, no guidance, just a correction to make me feel out of place and interrupting a visit with a boyfriend. I asked for my order to go and thought the girl did not hear this when she placed the first cup on the counter with no lid and gelatto oozing over the edges. I asked for lids and she just looked at me in a daze before she said they didn't have any. I explained that I needed something to cover the items with because I was driving and taking them home. She offered no solutions . I asked if maybe they had aluminum foil...nope . Then I saw sheets of wax/ parchment paper and asked for a couple of those along with a cup holder. I wrapped and secured the items the best I could to shield them from the pouring rain and quick drive home. The price total for my 2 medium cups of gelatto with no toppings ( which I do not even know if they had because I did not see any nor was I offered). $12 even. Kinda pricey I thought but some indulgences are worth it. It was good, really good but I won't go back because of the lack of enthusiasm and the experience as a whole. Had the girl been happy about greeting and serving me and making me feel like a welcomed customer along with being able to properly package my order for take out, I would definitely go back and pay the high price. I don't feel like this small business made any effort to earn my repeated business. Mom and dad always told me parking lots are empty for a reason and this was no exception! Oh, I almost forgot, the spoons given were the ones used for sampling...the real tiny ones. I mean, come...

We are new to Tennessee and have been fortune enough to land in the Jefferson City area, where we discovered this amazing little gem of a Gelato Shop! My husband and I fell in love with Gelato when we travelled to Italy; and to find a great quality tasting gelato right here in our own neighborhood, was a real TREAT! And while the gelato was as delicious as any we had in Italy, the experience was enhanced by the fun decor and the incredible, friendly staff that greeted us as we came through the door. The young lady that took our order, described the gelato flavors and answered all our questions about the different items on the posted menu. I had to try the PB&J sammich on the most delicious warm, waffled bread (YUM) and the Brogato...was a gelato/coffee delight! We've been back several times now and have yet to be disappointed. And the two young ladies working during the times we've visited, have always been polite, helpful, quick and just delightful. Well done Gelato Brothers! Keep up the good work and we'll be back to enjoy more yummy...

At my first visit, this is what occurred. (I gave them 1 star for this.) They charge you 5 dollars for a tiny scoop of so so ice cream. Go to Bruster's or Baskin Robbins instead. You will thank me later. Oh and the service was crappy... The only person working was too busy setting up stuff outside for some kind of party or gathering. She acted like she didn't want to be bothered.

Update: The owner of the establishment contacted me to apologize for the terrible service. It seems the employee in question was not with the company much longer after my visit. He offered me a gift card for a free ice cream to make up for the terrible experience. He didn't have to do that, but he did. I will go back and give them another try. With this kind of effort to make things right, I would recommend visiting them and judge for yourself. I am pleased with...
