Big Fish Lounge at Alice's — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

Run don't walk to this place. We wish came here sooner. It has been our summer go to this year. The nachos are to absolutely die for! Drinks are delicious. Bartenders are sooooo sweet!! 10/10 perfect spot for some outdoor drinks, and a beautiful view. Oh it's raining? No problem. Darts and shuffleboard downstairs and a huge TV. I cannot rave about this place enough and have told anyone willing to listen about it 😂

Great location, food and staff. Sam, David, Kimberly, Emily, Zach, Mike, Frances and all other staff are top notch. Executive business management is out of touch with reality and somehow directly or indirectly determined to destroy customer satisfaction. Years and years of mis-management. Only ignorance and incompetence could lead to such despair. On again off again policies, hours, menus very effectively discourage loyal customers. A sad, sad state of affairs. Try your best to enjoy it while it lasts. So sad and so disappointing. I'm hoping and praying for positive change and staff retention....
