DISGUSTING AND NOT HEALTHY 6-23-2022 I ordered 2 bagels , she wrote my order down . she picked up both bagels with her bare hands.After touching the money and her dirty pen. I said to the owner is that how you handle food here.The owner told her to put the bagel in the back room, instead of putting it in the garbage...She put it back in the basket. she took a piece of tissue paper to pick the bagels but then places the bagels down and grabbed them with her bare hands again to cut them. Needless to say I walked out. employees need to be trained to use tissue paper when touch food or using gloves . I just can't believe with high cases Covid now the owner would take extra steps to make sure all employees are train dealing with food , and keeping customer safe. The actual best bagels in NJ. I know that's a bold claim. Everyone's got a 'best bagel shop' and it's always the shop you grew up next to. Go ahead, try one of their everythings, and be welcomed into the rest of your life where you know what the actual best bagel is. Let's be honest - Oak Ridge doesn't have a whole lot of business it in. It's not Boonton downtown, or Pompton Lakes main street. Lox Stocked & Bageled is an absolute bright spot.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service!! We had to go back in twice because they put cheese on a bagel sandwich that we said no cheese on. The second time we went in to get it corrected the young girl gave us total attitude like we were the ones who were wrong. Then we get home and another sandwich didn’t have any egg on it, just Taylor ham and nothing else. Called the manager and we explained what happened. He gave us even a bigger attitude and asked if we were were just calling to complain or what? We told him it was highly unlikely we would be returning anytime soon and his exact words were “I don’t care I have been here 23 years and I don’t need your business”. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!!...
