This place looks really nice and I've only been there this one time, and I did really liked their drinks and atmosphere, but the service was bad. Ok not from everyone but our waitress came by and ask us how was everything and I told her my steak was dry, she told me that she didnt cooked it so there's nothing she can do about it, smiled at me, and left. I was like wow, ok. That's the worst answer I ever got from a waitress. The other guy that come by was nice and took my plate away and said he will talk with the chef, and then she came back and told me that the rice and vegetables absorbed all the sauce and that's why my steak is dry. So what would I like to do? She said the chef (!!) Said he can give me extra sauce. Wow. It was late, I was hungry, and their doors were open! I was amazed at the responsive service. The way it works is that they give you a pager (they have a large supply of them from army surplus) and you transmit your message to the waiter, who puts it on a robotic dolly system that acts as your “food courier.” Once it arrives you simply enter the 8-digit security pin that you set on your first visit, and then place the required currency in the portable safety deposit box. The dolly then brings the box back to the waiter, who enters their own security pin, opening the vacuum chamber beneath the portable safety deposit box which brings the money up to the proprietor, Mick Hail.
