I concur, Andrew!! I was there the same day Andrew (previous review) was - and I was ALSO an “out-of-towner,” and felt as though I was spending a Saturday afternoon at the local pub with my good ‘ole pals. This was due to bartender Kimberly’s OVER-THE-TOP customer service and hospitality. She treated us all as though we were at her home for a party with good friends. Kimberly is a stellar bartender!!! THANK YOU for introducing all of the new comers, and IMMEDIATELY becoming familiar with what they/we were drinking AND KEEPING AHEAD OF ALL orders in the Pub. As Andrew said in his review, your “friendship” shared, was so inviting (and a welcome difference to walking into a new locals pub), I’ll DEFINITELY be back when I’m in town. I did not get to meet the owner, but did have the pleasure of meeting his dog, Oreo, who, as a regular, was also welcoming to all the patrons. WHAT A FRIENDLY PLACE!! I had to drop my wife off at a party down the road and needed to kill time. Being from Connecticut I had no idea what was around. Saw Mckennas so i stopped in. Firstly usually when you go to a local pub and are an outsider you get stares like you have 10 heads. Not at Mckennas. I was greeted by all the regulars kindly and very welcomed. The bartender Kim was a gem and introduced me and was so nice. I chatted with the other guest shared laughs and stories and felt like i had been coming there for years. Secondly i was hungry so got wings and sliders. The food was delicious. Wings were nice and crispy and not drenched in sauce. Exactly how i like them. The sliders were amazing. Fresh ground beef not junk frozen patties oozing with grease like other bars. You can tell the meat was fresh not frozen and they were cooked perfectly. If i am ever in the area i will 100% come back for some food and to see Kim and the great people. My only regret is I didn’t get more food but after 8 wings, 3 sliders and fries I...

Have to be honest, been their multiple times and have never had a bad time. Food has always been good and affordable. Service has been great (Jen predominantly), and the regulars have been friendly towards me. They have the package for football and during baseball season they will always have a game on. As a non regular, I have zero reservations about stopping there and will continue to keep this stop in my rotation of places to hit in my travels. A...
