When this location is short on drivers, they don’t slow down production—they just push orders through anyway. Tickets are rushed, food gets overcooked, and then it just sits, waiting. Instead of adjusting to staffing levels, they let your food sit so their numbers look good for corporate.
I placed my order at 7:02 PM. It went into the oven shortly after, and by 7:36, it was sitting in “quality control.” It didn’t leave the store until 8:04 and didn’t arrive at my house until 8:16. That means my food sat for at least 45 minutes—probably longer, since it takes around 8 minutes just to get through the oven.
I paid $40 for three pizzas, and this is what I got? No one goes to a restaurant just to watch their food sit in the window for 40+ minutes before it’s brought to the table.
They clearly have trouble keeping drivers—and I get why. The drivers take the heat for long delivery times and upset customers. Good luck trying to reach someone on the phone; you’ll wait forever or get hung up on. Honestly, they probably don’t even care that I’m writing this review.
It’s sad. Corporate might be happy with the numbers, but they’ve completely lost sight of customer service. Spend your money somewhere else.
UPDATE:This location is locally owned. While they still have to follow corporate standards, all disputes are handled directly by the local owners. Unfortunately, good luck getting anything resolved—it's usually the same people causing the issues who are also responsible for addressing...
Read moreAs of right now still waiting on our order that was placed over an hour and a half ago. Missing the suggested wait time by over 45mins. Newly updated app tracking is not working, neither was the store locator so we could contact them directly to figure out what was going on. After speaking to Store team they are swamped (Sat. Night) and only have 2 drivers. A realistic wait time would have saved us a lot of frustration bc we would have taken business else where. Also frustrated with the app. Just updated and tons of issues.
Update: food arrived. Food was probably ready an hour ago when it should have been delivered. Luke warm and obviously had been sitting in a warmer for an extended period of time. We ate it 1. Because we hungry 2. Because we needed to put the kids to bed. When we called and spoke with store team we asked if the order would be hot and they said yes. Guess we should have asked if it would be hot and fresh, but they probably would have said yes to that as well. If you are busy and you know your drivers are extremely behind, why wouldn't you wait to make the food until closer to the actual delivery time? Quality product would have probably changed this...

Travis is a no working POS. Travis if you dont like your job QUIT..Very rude did not care about me issue, left went in the back to not return for 20min. This will be the 3rd time it took an hour to get two large COLD Pepperoni and hamburger pizzas. Once ordered and paid for online the website said 25min but as we picked it up the one employee working stated they have been busy and behind. Felt sorry for the guy working with Travis the last time and left him a 20 tip. This time I ask for a free 2 liter coke for my trouble and wait and was told no. By the way the coke was advertised for 2.99. I ask the guy so can't give me that drink free for my issues with the company and may loose my business over 3 bucks. He said so, He didnt care.
Then order the same pizzas from pizza hut and picked them up hot and ready in 15min...WOW hands down...
