Arby's — Restaurant in Jeffersonville

Wow, these people that work here hate their jobs. The young woman at the window kept repeating back the wrong answer so my husband spoke a bit louder so she could hear him over the traffic, etc., and she let into him. She raised her voice and said you don’t have to yell we can hear you through the whole place. Sorry no one was yelling in our car. We just spoke up a little so you could hear. They gave us the wrong food they forgot our sauce we we had to go through again they ignored us as long as they possibly could. It was really satisfactory. The woman that was there and her supervisor were both very rude. Just shoving us our food and we felt like they just wanted us to get out of there. It was really horrible experience. This location was so dirty in the bathroom I had to write a review. The floors in the restaurant filthy, no ice in the vending machine when you got a fountain drink. Light wasn’t even on in the men’s bathroom only half the lights were working. Mold growing on the urinal. Staff standing around talking, not even working. The dining room has a horrible smell and the tables weren't wiped down. I could understand if they were busy, but they were dead. All of the employees were in the back doing nothing. We ordered a beef n cheddar without the red ranch sauce. When our order was up it was not marked and we had ordered two of the same sandwich.
