Came into town to visit with my in-laws. My mother in law made a reservation for the 7 of us at 5:30. We got there around 5:20 and our table was ready. The parking lot was empty and there were only two other tables (of 2 people each) inside. They gave us our seat and took our drink orders. Since we were all visiting a few of our party came in a little after us (15 minutes max behind our time.) We got drink refills once more throughout our entire time there.. we waited at the table for 2 hours* before our order was taken/food was distributed. We were trying to be patient because we noticed there had only been 2 servers working, but even parties that came in after us had eaten and left. When my father in law talked with our waiter and asked to speak with the manager, our waiter said she was the manager. He expressed his concern about the lack of communication, and she just walked back to the kitchen without addressing him. Then, the actual** manager came out to apologize for the delay and noted they were short staffed and she had been cooking the food and that's why she didn't speak with us personally sooner. Our food arrived about 10 minutes after the manager spoke with us. We ate and waited for our bill for about 30-45 minutes. No one addressed us, we had to flag a worker down. The manager came back out to inform us that our server had just walked out due to the stress and our ticket was missing. Again, we wanted to be kind and patient with them, our family comes from the waitress-ing background so we took everything into consideration, but unfortunately there was no communication with our table.
We would've totally understood if they would've said something anytime throughout the night. Or even when we booked, if they would've said that they were understaffed and it may be hard for us to be accommodated. But the lack of communication really made the situation hard. We overlooked as much as we could, (cold food, lack of check-ins, etc.) With knowing it was understaffed. But throughout our entire 3 hours+ total there, including our table there were maybe 7 tables max, mostly 2 at each table.
I would love to try and come back with just my partner in the future if they are full staffed. I can see this being an amazing place if they had more hands helping and better...
Read moreCame for a wedding and of course the first night we didn't have the opportunity to eat until after the run down of the wedding. We all came back to the hotel and went into the restaurant/lounge to get some food between 8 and 8:30 and were handed menus. However while we were all sitting at our tables we felt ignored by the staff. Another family came in and the waitress took their order as well as the chef came out to make sure they got what they needed. We still sat there waiting to get our orders taken. The chef came out again and made her way over to us and asked if we were taken care of and we let her know we weren't. She got us drinks while we waited. The waitress finally came to take our orders after almost 45 minutes of waiting initially. Once the food started coming out we noticed they were wrong. We received items on the food that was requested to not be on them, burned items, some items never received and then half the portion that someone else received to be told that the chef packed up and left and the waitress split what she had left instead of coming out and telling us they ran out of food. Not sure I could recommend this place with the way we felt like we were treated. No one should feel like they are not wanted or that they are a burden. It was the feeling of if we ignore them they will go someplace else to eat. I pray no one else has...
Read moreOn Friday June 6, 2025, my sister and I and 12 other family members had the misfortune of having one of the worst dining experiences of our lives. My sister and her husband were guests of the hotel that housed Fuzzy’s The 15th Club, Food & Spirits in Jeffersonville, Indiana. She had made reservations an hour and a half before the arrival of the rest of the family, but the staff seemed to be completely unprepared when we all came in but they were not busy. Our drink orders were taken, and drinks arrived promptly, but that was the only thing that went like it should. We all ordered and some of us ordered the chicken. Half an hour later, we were informed that there was no chicken, and some of us had to make alternate selections, so several of us, including myself ordered the pork tenderloin. An Indiana pork tenderloin is a pork cutlet that is pounded thin, till almost as wide as a frisbie, breaded and deep fried, traditionally protruding several inches past the bun. So, more than an hour after our drink orders arrived. The "pork tenderloins" were pork cutlets on what looked like a hoagie bun. Totally not what the menu promised. Nobody was happy with our dining experience. Our server was embarrassed and very apologetic. My sister had used this hotel and restaurant several times in the past when she was visiting from out of state, but...
