Read moreTell me why it is. After all of these years you still don't serve the double decker taco anymore?! Went through the drive-thru. Got home and realized that we were missing some of our food. Went back and the person in the drive-thru was completely worried about everything and it took forever to get the food that I should have already had. Back to the double decker taco I routinely order a regular taco, a flower tortilla which comes wrapped separately, and a side of refried beans. I would be more than happy to pay a dollar or two more to have those items already put together for me so I don't have to go home and put them together on my kitchen counter. Quite literally the only time I eat Taco Bell now is when I can go home to eat it so I can put my double decker taco together myself, it is absolutely ridiculous that you have all of those items on the menu and for sale but will not sell them together as the company did for...

Today. No one to take order but half their menu doesn’t seem to appear on the kiosk. Asked how one would order say the box deals. No answer.
So ordered something else. After about 20-30 minutes the food was finally ready. No drinks so had to ask for that. My food was then wrong and of course they decided that it would be correct to argue with me about what I ordered. Sigh. And of course the kiosk does not print receipts.
I so wanted this place to stay good. Guess I won’t keep eating here.
