Taco Bell — Restaurant in Indiana

You all question me on how long it took me to eat my cheesy fiesta potatoes when I tell you the damn things were hard really didn’t even apologize and then when I said the food tasted like it had chemicals on it acted like oh chemicals don’t get sprayed around it you’re all that perfect you don’t know, but whatever Your customer service skills suck you treat your customer bad I didn’t even get oh I’m sorry you had a bad experience and that your food didn’t taste good you just told me my taste buds were off and I spoke to a woman that she said she was the manager tonight at 7:45. Whoever that manager is on the shift that’s a woman said all this. I will not go to this location anymore I’ll go to one of the other better Taco Bells in Jeff. This is the worst Jeff Taco Bell they literally treat you bad when you call and tell them the food is not good. Go to one of the other locations in Jeffersonville, Indiana. They did nothing but treat me bad and say the food was not what I said like...

Tell me why it is. After all of these years you still don't serve the double decker taco anymore?! Went through the drive-thru. Got home and realized that we were missing some of our food. Went back and the person in the drive-thru was completely worried about everything and it took forever to get the food that I should have already had. Back to the double decker taco I routinely order a regular taco, a flower tortilla which comes wrapped separately, and a side of refried beans. I would be more than happy to pay a dollar or two more to have those items already put together for me so I don't have to go home and put them together on my kitchen counter. Quite literally the only time I eat Taco Bell now is when I can go home to eat it so I can put my double decker taco together myself, it is absolutely ridiculous that you have all of those items on the menu and for sale but will not sell them together as the company did for...

Well when this place opened it was the best Taco Bell. It has only taken them a few months to sink to terrible levels. :-(. And I was so excited that this was opening relatively near my house.

Today. No one to take order but half their menu doesn’t seem to appear on the kiosk. Asked how one would order say the box deals. No answer.

So ordered something else. After about 20-30 minutes the food was finally ready. No drinks so had to ask for that. My food was then wrong and of course they decided that it would be correct to argue with me about what I ordered. Sigh. And of course the kiosk does not print receipts.

I so wanted this place to stay good. Guess I won’t keep eating here.
