Cute little place. Def a beer pub spot. Food was not the focus, beer was. I get it. Was put off a little by how we we kind of ignored. Walked in, two ladies behind the bar chatting loudly with two patrons at the bar. No hello to us, nothing. We sat down at a table and no one came over to say anything to us. Two ladies behind the bar still chatting with the two customers. I got up and asked for menus and she hands them to me but no explanation about- you order your own food, you go pick it up at the bar, you get your utensils and water at different areas in the bar. You clean your table when your done an throw your trash and place your dirty dishes (glasses) in a tub along the wall. After figuring all of this out and eating the sub par, blackened egg rolls, mushy cauliflower and something rubbery that looked like chicken strips, we cleaned up our table and left. AND THATS WHEN SOMEONE. FROM BEHIND THE BAR SAID. HAVE A NICE EVENING! Really? WOW! I won’t spend $25,00 there again. Please be kind and welcoming to everyone entering your establishment. Our hard earned $$ will be spent...
Read moreStopped by this small-town brewery on a whim and was absolutely blown away. The atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, and full of local charm — you instantly feel like part of the community. The beer selection was impressive for a smaller place — unique, flavorful, and clearly brewed with care. Whether you’re into hoppy IPAs, smooth stouts, or something experimental, there’s something here for every palate. The food was beyond typical bar fare. We tried the Thai wrap and it was phenomenal — fresh, hearty, and spicy. Everything paired perfectly with our drinks. The staff was friendly and passionate, happy to chat about the beers and offer recommendations. It’s clear they love what they do, and that energy makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this spot if you’re passing through or live nearby — it’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back with friends. Cheers to good beer, great food, and even...
Read moreThe beer I had was really good! I'm not some professional beer guru but I've had A LOT of craft beer and I would rank the ones I tried in the top 10 percent. Whoever came up with the beers deserves a gold star. However, I do not like IPAs or Dark beers so I couldn't tell you about those ones. I did try every other one besides those and they were delicious. The heffewisen was unique but not to overdone from standard. Usually all the craft ones I have tasted in MN blast you with unique flavor's or are too bland. I also liked how the sour was a base and you could experiment with different flavoring to go with it. The food was simple but good and was done pretty fast. I did not have it sadly but they have a giant 20 oz pretzel I want to try in the...
