Very shady business practices. They initially told me that my bed I ordered in march would arrive in 4-8 weeks. I sent them payment on paypal of almost $800 and they then told me it would be closer to the 8 weeks, which was fine. Well it turns out all they wanted was to ensure I could not open a claim with paypal because it was beyond the 45 day claim period. They would not communicate with me until i filed a claim with the BBB, in which they lied to the BBB and claimed they had contacted me and shipped the item. I have not had any contact with them despite repeated emails and phone calls, they are ignoring me. I have still not gotten refunded my money and have not received the item i ordered. They are 100% a scam in my personal experience and i highly recommend purchasing from a different company. We have ordered two towel bars and TP holder, have been told it will ship onc the week of Feb. 27 2017, next time I get a text a week later on March 8, 2017 stating that his "guy" cannot find our order. After several texts back and forth once again I have been assured that our order will ship out. Through out the texts the individual was very rude and abrupt. Terrible customer service and I starting to wonder if this is not a scam. They had no problem cashing our check when we sent it to them. I purchased a rustic sofa table on Jan 6th 2015 via the requested payment method of Paypal online. I contacted the company no less than 4 times via phone and 3 times via email to inquire as to the status. No one returned my calls or emails. I filed a complaint with the BBB in MN and with Paypal.
