Bettina's Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Jenks Township

Good stuff and cheap prices..... This was my review originally 3 months ago. Since then, the restaurant has went downhill. We got to the place sat down and the table was dirty, I told the manager that it needs cleaned. He gave me an attitude but he cleaned it. And then we ordered food. The portions are smaller. The prices went up and the quality is not as good. My daughter ordered a Cheeseburger, it was burnt. We couldn't tell anybody about it because nobody ever came back to our table. We never received the bill. So I went up to the counter and told him we need the bill......After we ordered a food and After we got done eating. We had a stack of dishes about 2 feet in front of our table that nobody would take and the manager was cleaning all the other tables. I went up to pay for the food and told them to take the cheeseburger off. Because my daughter didn't like it. And he says well, that's too bad. That's how they make him here. After arguing with him for 10 minutes or so he said he'll take it off. Then I asked for a refill on my diet Pepsi, he said they don't have refills. I've never heard of a restaurant that does not have refills. And then I ask him well, just give me 2 Styrofoam cups so we could take our drinks to go. He said they don't give you drinks to go. He wouldn't give me 2 cups. I guess he's very cheap.i told him I don't see what the big deal is......I don't know what the story is at this place . I will never go back there again. We come up this way couple times a month because we have a house in the the forest..... a vacation home that is..and drive 100 miles to get here...if i want an attitude i would have stayed in Pittsburgh...but we will quit coming here. For now, on, we'll go to much better places...

We decided to look around the little town of Marienville for something to eat. Never seen or heard of this place before but we will definitely return.

I'm always optimistic going into some place new as most people surely are. But Upon pulling into their small parking lot the smell of Authentic Italian Food immediately hit my nose. After finding a Seat our polite waitress got our Orders taken care of in a Timely manner. She even answered all of our questions with absolute certainty in her Product.

The portions were plentiful for their price and it was nice to see real homemade bread served at the table. Then we found out that it's All pretty much Home made 👍Made The old school way still at an Affordable Price.

Not more than 15 minutes into our meal 6 more tables sat down (23 people Total)And Our waitress Handled all of them Herself. I believe her name was Paula. It was Rather impressive. I've worked in the Restaurant business all my adult life. Alot of people couldn't handle that. Trust me I've seen many wait staff Crack under that kind of Pressure. She took it all in stride and had a smile on her face the whole time. Our Food servers and bus boy were very Polite and timely as well.

We couldn't finish all of our meals so we got 3 boxes togo. I'm eating the reheated leftovers as I write this and still am blown away by the flavors.👍I will definitely return and will recommend this place to others.

Well my husband and I and my brother went on Saturday November 4 2017 and let's just say it was a terrible dinning experience first off my brother ordered the spaghetti special for 8.95 there was no sauce on it and he ordered the meat sauce when the bill came they charged him 11.95 when I asked the girl she got a little rude and said she just started the other girl that came out said she would fix it and then his dinner cost 11.69 big savings then I ordered my dinner meat ravioli with regular sauce I got charged for meat sauce witch I did not order on my dinner it was only a dollar extra but on his is was 3 dollars that makes no sense my husband got a pizza and it made him very sick .......the way we had been treated was terrible iam a cook and a server and always tip well let's just say I tipped nothing and I never do that but the food was less then ok and the girls were rude and if they over charged us how many people did they over charge that day and when you asked them about it they got upset with you will never go back and will never send anyone there to eat I own a few businesses in the forest to which we send a lot of people to eat local they won't ever get another person from us...
