Worst customer service I have ever had at a convenience store! Pulled into this store to get fuel at 4:10pm. I went in to pay for fuel and was told by Gannon that he could not break a $100 bill. I asked if he couldn’t or was choosing not to. He stated that if he broke my $100 he would not have cash to take care of other customers therefore he was choosing not to. I asked him if I was a customer, he said yes! He still refused to break my $100 so I could get $20 in fuel! I will not be doing business with any Casey’s in the foreseeable future and will do all that I can to make sure others choose to do business elsewhere, as well! Read moreThis is by far the absolute nastiest Casey's I've ever been too. The staff is rude they never welcome you they don't even smile.. They don't make any kind of small talk with the customers they're very dismissive.. but I can't get over how absolutely disgustingly dirty the store is.. I can tell you for a fact they do not clean their fountain drink dispenser. the nozzles are supposed to be removed clean thoroughly and soaked in sanitizing solution overnight and then put back on the next morning which they are not doing. There is mold growing on theirs.. Considering jenks is such a nice area I'm really surprised that they have The MOST disgusting Casey's.. I will not be stopping at this...

I stopped in for a snack and found a great deal on cashews.I proceeded to the front, the cashier rang them up and the price was much higher then the peg was showing. oh thats in the wrong spot she said so then I went back to check and grabbed the smaller bag and that was in the wrong spot too and was more expensive then stated. But I’m the one that had to figure all that out as I’m trying to pay and she didn’t do anything about the stores mistake. Poor customer service I won’t be confused back...
