Subway — Restaurant in Jennings

Horrible experience, will never return. Today I placed an order, which included 4 sandwiches. As the last sandwich was being made, I realized that it was “toasted”….there was nothing on the sandwich yet…just toasted cheese. I apologized several times and asked if I could have that same sandwich but not toasted. The young lady responded with a nasty attitude and told me that I would have to pay for the toasted cheese bread slab, and the new sandwich if I wanted her to remake the sandwich at all. She said that “they” would deduct the cost of the toasted sandwich from her paycheck. Puzzled, I asked for clarification and said “So I have to pay for the toasted sandwich that I do not want…plus an additional sandwich that you will remake that isn’t toasted?” She told me, “Yes, because it comes out my check….they gon take it out my check”. I know enough…to know that companies don’t operate that way, nor do I have to pay for an extra sandwich that I do not want, after a simple misunderstanding. I just left all the sandwiches right there on the counter. On the way out the door, she yelled out “I knew she was gon do dat!!!!……I can’t...

I stopped here to grab a sandwich on my way home last night. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch with Rotisserie chicken as I always do at any Subway, including this one and was denied service. Your employee Angela (Caucasian) stated, I cannot choose what chicken I wanted on my sandwich and she would have to charge me for the bacon. I was confused and advised her this was something new to me. That I had been here before and ordered the exact sandwich with no issues. She then stated she had always been taught that way and insisted I would have to pay the difference to get Rotisserie chicken and extra for bacon. I told her nevermind then, I'll go to another location. I asked her name and as I walked out the door she stated "I dont care about you asking my name, you can tell on me if you want" I have never been treated this poorly at this location. This young lady was rude and very unprofessional. She lacks the skills needed to be an efficient employee and I feel that she was showing off in front of her friends that were just sitting in the restaurant at the time. I will be reporting this issue...

This place deserves NO stars. My daughter ordered, then I ordered and requested a side of meatballs. The manager with the damage blue locs advised that they were out of soup cups and could only give them in a cookie bag or a drink cup in which I'll be charged for. I dont want a soggy cookie bag and I dont want to pay for a cup. By this time the sandwich boy was done making our sandwiches and she was ringing me out. As were completing my purchase, I'm still inquiring about the meatball and how I shouldn't be charged for a drink cup for them. She hands me my receipt as I decided I no longer want the sandwich because I didnt have everything I initially wanted and asked for a refund. She threw the sandwich in the trash and walked to the back. Me still standing there trying thto figure out what just happened. I never raised my voice or showed any signs of aggression. More so just wanting a refund and leave. She called the police to report she had a customer refusing to leave. All I wanted to do was get a refund and LEAVE! Walked away no food...
