Rally's — Restaurant in Jennings

I went to the Rally’s located at 6710 West Florissant Ave, Saint Louis Mo 63136 at about 12:10am I was told that the system was down and it would take 15 minutes to reboot so I drove 10 minutes away to the location at 10004 Halls Ferry Rd, Saint Louis Mo 63136 there were 3 cars in the regular line and 2 in the door dash line I was able to pull right up to the speaker the cashier very rudely said that they were only taking door dash orders for the rest of the night even though they just took an order so I then drove back to the location at 6710 West Florissant Ave it had clearly been more than 15 minutes there was 1 car in the driveway that was talking to the cashier I pull up to the speaker and now the cashier tells me that they only have chicken bites and laughed this was so unprofessional both restaurants are horrible at customer service and giving there customers hot and accurate food tried to file a complaint online but it told me that I need a store number which is only giving on a receipt I wish I had gotten that far in the process there needs to be a mark for 0 stars on...

I wish we would have read the reviews on this place before ordering our food. I got a number 1, there was no tomato or lettuce so I called to ask if I could come back. When we pull back up not only did we wait over 10 minutes for them to acknowledge us but once they did it took about another 10 minutes for me to get the burger back. I spent $23.61 on food we could not even eat. The fries were so nasty, cold and salty.... I never thought you could mess up Rally's fries. Tasted like they were fried in month old oil. The burgers were so old we could not eat it, tomatoes looked and tasted rotten. It's been so long since we've had Rally's we were really craving it. We drove over an hour only to have our dreams crushed with old, rotten, nasty food and horrible service. It's so sad when a place as wonderful as Rally's is such a disappointment. This place needs to evaluate its workers because with all the negative reviews something obviously needs to change. As long as we wait for our food there it all could have...

I ordered a 3 piece chicken strip meal. The chicken stripes were old! I am sure it was put back in the grease to get hot. They were hard and rubbery. I called the store several times, and no one answered. I had to make a run so I couldn't turn back around but I did go back. I was told that they was going to make me another order it started to storm and I waited and waited one of the crew members asked if I could take her home because of the rain I said yes so I still waited and waited after about 25 minutes she comes back to the window to tell me they just dropped my chicken strips so I left it didn't bother me to wake that long because I was on the phone and where I needed to go was across the street but after 25 minutes and I still had no order that was no excuse because of the rain I did not feel like continuing to wait nor press the issue but that was very unprofessional and...
