Strawberry's Deli and Ice Cream — Restaurant in Jensen Beach

I always love to give people the benefit of the doubt but this is probably one of the most horrible establishments I have ever gone to. Once I went in to the shop I wasn’t greeted at all, when I had asked for a hot tea I was met by a really rude response from a middle age brunette woman. The whole time I was trying to order she seemed pretty irritated. Now my brother had come in with me for an interview and when he had met with the manager the man had been acting really rude to him throughout it. I was trying to enjoy my tea but it really irked me how rude and dismissive this man was to my brother while when he had an interview with this young girl he was pleasant and responded to her kindly and respectfully. I put two and two together and saw clearly this place has a preference ( that being young, white girls). Honestly I’m glad we left, I have never been to such an awful and backwards place, especially an ice cream shop!!! Seriously they need...

I just experienced the worst customer service I have ever seen. A tall blonde female with glasses was so rude to a senior citizen who was politely asking questions. He was so sweet and she just made him feel terrible. When she turned he said I don’t what I did it Broke my heart. That was my last time there everyone has said they are a rip off and the Service was terrible and I witnessed Service was terrible and I witnessed it with my own eyes. Their prices are ridiculous and they barely give you a scoop and god for bid you ask a question. I have been going there for years because I want to support our local businesses on the island however I’d rather drive to Midway and US one and get great service as well as you can get a kids scoop which is larger than their three scoops and the ice cream is homemade and so much better I should’ve done this years ago . My family and I went for the first time on 5/26/2024 to this establishment to get some ice cream after a long day at the beach. The establishment was quite quaint. We were trying to decide on what to order when Shelby (blue shirt/blonde hair) asked what we wanted and because we couldn’t decide she became impatient and said very rudely we’ll let me know when you are ready. We all decided just to get soft serve ice cream because we felt rushed and were very upset with how we were treated. As a person with customer service background.. when someone new comes in I inquire if they need help with the menu and ask if there is anything I can help with I am here for you. We were so discouraged in coming back to the establishment all because of how she treated us.
