I ordered a pizzaon 6/2/2024 and the delivery driver delivered my pizza to the wrong room then when I call the store and talk to a so-called manager (shift manager ) and told them that I didn't receive my pizza they talked to the driver and she told them that she delivered the pizza to me but turns out that she gave it to a Hispanic man and I am clearly an African-American woman. then the manager( shift manager) begins telling me thatl she said she delivered the pizza to my room and I told him she didn't delivere a pizza to me then he asked me were there two rooms with the same number (stupid question) and I told him no there is not two rooms with the same number and I described to him where my room was located so I know she didn't come to the right place. I also opt in for the tracker to let me know that my delivery driver is 2 minutes away I never received that text so I don't know where she delivered my food too Domino's guarantees a refund if the pizza is not delivered within 30 minutes. well I had to wait almost an hour for another pizza. so clearly it was over 30 minutes and when I called back to speak with them to let them know that I deserve a refund because of what happened with the driver someone else gets a free pizza and then I have to pay for my pizza that I never got in the first place on time very unprofessional customer service at this store I would never place an order here again. And oh yeah let me also say that when I asked the so-called manager (shift manager ) why didn't he believe me he said well that's because we have a lot of people call up here trying to get free pizza that's clearly discrimination because all customers do not do that and I am not one of those customers. I've been in customer service for over 30 years if there's any reason I was upset it's because I paid for something that I did not get on time. And somebody else received it. Read moreI decided to buy lunch for some of my associates tonight. I put in the order online around 9:15 for 10:30 pick up. When I arrived i went in to pay for the order and the cashier asked the associates where my order was and they said the last pizza was going in (I only ordered four 1-2 top pizzas btw). After waiting about 15 minutes I went back to the door and the associate came to me with a pizza and an order of pasta. I explained to him that was not my order. He then told me that another young lady came and picked up my order. I then reminded him that his coworker specifically asked about my order and he told her my LAST pizza was going in. I’m just now coming up for my pizzas that I was told were not ready yet. He then asked me what I wanted him to do. At this point it is 13 minutes before my associates are to clock out for lunch (10:45p) so I would like them to give me the order I paid for because I didn’t have the time to make another order online from somewhere else. The associate then closed the door to remake my order. Once I received my order (30 minutes later) i inquired about a refund or credit for the inconvenience. I was told by Joshua I either get the pizza or a get a refund! Although they never had my order ready when it was supposed to from the beginning. I also suggested they confirm orders before giving them out and I was told by Joshua that “we’ve never confirmed orders” to which I responded “and look at what inconvenience it caused for not only me but my associates!”. My associates went to lunch at 11 o’clock and I did not get the order until 11:12pm. I did not make it back to work until 11:20. Read moreIt was around 5pmish when i placed my order. There's no disclaimer on webpage or even at store about not taking bills over 50 dollars. I had 2 one hundred dollar vills and 4 lose dollars. Food was ready. They wouldnt honor my American tender aka 100 dollar bill. I told them doesn't say so on Webpage or store. "You'll have to get change" i was told. i left furiously. I went to circle k down street they'd give me change but id have to buy something not to mention this store is always full. Im referring to the circle k. I now have change. I walk in and nicole said you dont come in here talking all that mess. I stated to her ok i got it. But your webpage nor your store says so and I've had to use more money plus theres no need for you to continue on on she said i have the right. she called me iggnorant. She kept on getting lippy. So now im even more furious. I too told her i have the right as well. That its American money and without a posting either at store or webpage its not legal nor professional. I came in early to take my food home hot and i ordered online so i could be ready when i got there. Instead i had to get change. Make a trip elsewhere spend money there to get change and then had to deal with bad customer service plus name calling from Nicole.
