I placed an online order at 11:30am and the estimated delivery time was estimated betweent 27-37 minutes...received an email confirmation stating pizza would be delivered by 12:05pm. My daughter has lunch from her online learning from 11:45-12:30pm so this would work out perfect for her lunch. I live on the other side of barker cypress.. normally i go to pick it up since its so close but i was working from home so unable to go...at 11:58am I got the text update saying pizza was out for delivery...at 12:15 i still had no delivery...mind you i live not even 2 mins drive away....i called the location and spoke to a male named Jowa (spelling unsure) and when I asked why deliver was taking so long when i live across the street.... first story he said was that the delivery notification was accidentally sent out early that my pizza was still being made and not even out for delivery that they had 10 orders still on the screen and were backed up and only had 1 driver....so then i questioned why say its a 30 mins wait or update the status on it, i explained to.him that we were on lunch break and it wld be over at 12:30pm (in 15 mins) he then changed his story...he said ohh the driver is already out with your delivery but i sent him to another delivery first because "they were sorta freaking out about their order and I didn't know you were on time constricted so i sent him there first before you" he was actually apologetic then he said he can get the order to me by 12:30...what's the point then when lunch is over? I told him no thank you i just want my order canceled....he asked to confirm my phone number said i was order #9 ...i asked if he canceled it, he was hesitant and said umm well i can get it to you by 12:30, i kindly asked for cancelation and my money back. He said it would take one day to be refunded. I get you get busy and delays happen....but why update the status as out for delivery if my pizza isnt even made? Or if it was a mistake why not call and advise hey we accidentally made the update but we want you to know its not on its way yet it may be x amount of minutes more, is that okay? My daughter was so upset she...
Read moreI recently had family in town, and one of my relatives decided to order pizza and wings for the household from this Pizza Hut. When the order arrived, the delivery driver was already missing parts of it and had to go back to the store. Shortly after that, we noticed they had gotten the sauces on all three orders of wings wrong. Despite the mistakes, we decided to move forward and eat the food anyway. We passed it out to the kids first and then sat down to eat as adults.
However, when several of us tried to take a bite of the boneless wings, we realized that all three sets of wings were completely raw on the inside. It was shocking and completely unacceptable. We called the store to inform them of the issue, and the person who identified herself as the store manager, Gigi, insisted it wasnât possible because she personally made the chicken. She claimed they were cooked for six minutes as per their manual. Hearing that explanation left us in disbelief because raw chicken after six minutes of cooking is clearly unsafe to serve.
We declined her offer for a replacement order because if they are cooking chicken for only six minutes, it would likely still be undercooked. Instead, we requested a refund and asked for the delivery driver to pick up the food. Gigi informed us she couldnât issue a refund without her managerâs permission, despite being the âstore manager.â
The service was absolutely terrible, and the food was a health hazard. I cannot believe they are serving raw chicken to customers. We have photos as evidence of the raw chicken from each container they served us. I would strongly advise against ordering from...
Read moreMe and my family decided to order pizza from here a few days ago, and since it had been raining, we decided to do delivery.. we knew it would take a bit longer that day, but we waited about almost two hours for our order. It said it was out for delivery for way too long.. I tried to contact them to see why, and they wouldn't pick up, so after 30 mins on hold, I showed up there, and when I arrived, two gentlemen were in the store...and the phones were off. When I told them about my order, they pulled out a warmer burnt pizza.. I had to get it remade, and I asked them for my refund for the delivery because I DIDN'T get it delivered. They couldn't do that, so they had to give me store credit.. I promise you it will go to waste because I will never order from this place again.. I normally go to Dominos on Barker, but I thought hey let's give pizza hut another try.. that was my mistake.
I did leave feedback, but the response back wasn't what I expected nothing wrong with it they just gave me an automated response...
Also, a clear warning, the young man who was handling my remade pizza had been touching the registered and other things before making my pizza.. I never once saw anyone wash their hands.. they clearly are violating some health codes..
Update 07/10/23
My husband asked for a pizza hut, and I remembered I had store credit... I called to verify and guess what đ they didn't have anything saying, I have store credit, so not only did they steal money from me, but they're also liars. Their manager, Michael, is honestly a joke.. his store is ridiculous, and obviously, he does not know how to...
