They have great snowcones and their mango is awesome I am an honest person and I like to stay that way... But I believe there's a short round person that works there with an anger issue And has horrible horrible customer service.. But you know the saying people are big and bad over the phone but in person I guarantee he would not talk like that... I went yesterday at 12:30 pm and it looked opened so we wait and no one comes to serves us so we tap on the window and still nothing for about another minute and finally a man comes out and puts a sign up that says close and rudely tells me they don’t open till 1 pm and goes back into the trailer so my mother in law knocks on the door to get more information since we are new here and have never been there before he again rudely answers the door throwing his head forward showing he was very annoyed and just saying yes and she ask if he could make an exception For us since my kids were super excited and he flat out says no (which I understand, that’s no problem) and he then says it takes a lot of work to make snowcones and it’s all over social media that they open at 1 pm everyday (which is not true) and shuts the door in my mother n laws face..
