One of the best food trucks I've frequented. Their ultimate burger is to die for! The portion sizes are amazing and fairly priced I hope to see tokyo hibachi succeed and have their own building eventually. Just recently I was recommended the west Cali roll and it was perfect; I usually don't get cream cheese rolls because they taste off to me but THAT was soooo good. I always get crab ragoon because it's made with 100% crab, it's so delectable. I try to come to tokyo hibachi as often as I could. They have really good service and are always friendly. It was OK. Way over priced. For the money they charge, you would be better off going to Myabi in Arnold. The tables were dirty and sticky with no napkins out for us to clean the table. They serve your food in take out containers regardless of you're eating in or taking out. The rice was very bland. The noodles were OK. The steak was the saving grace. The steak was awesome but not enough to make me want to go back anytime soon. The yum yum sauce was decent as well. I'm assuming this is under new ownership. The burger is no longer made with the same meat. The sushi no longer tastes the same tastes old. I told them I have a severe egg allergy. They gave me fried rice I ordered white rice. I told them everything on the plate had to be remade could not use same food and they did use same food. I had to use my epi pen on the way home.
