My wife and I enjoyed a delicious caramel milkshake. Service was friendly. The atmosphere is basic, but they desserts are very good.

The food isn't terrible, but this location has some major and detrimental issues. Including prices have gotten ridiculous, $40 for two meals one time.

Service isn't terrible, employees are nice. But they are hiding behind the short staff excuse. Are they short staffed? Yes. But they also very clearly lack a modicum of training. I worked at an extremely busy DQ location, and we could keep drive-through moving with minimal delay during summer lunch rushes with 1 cook, 1 dining room cashier, and 1 drive-through cashier. I've sat as 1 of 2 cars in the drive-through for 30 minutes with nobody of the dining room.

The main issue that causes the major delays, employees. Personally, I don't blame them. It's clearly a lack of leadership or any competent management. I sat at the window one time, only car in line, nobody I'm the dining room and watched all the staff standing around chit chatting. I ordered one blizzard and waited 10-15 minutes until one of them saw me sitting there watching them, and they then finally went to make my blizzard that took 5 minutes, and it wasn't even blended fully. They need to do more thorough training. They also desperately need to have somebody manage the team and make them stay productive at all times. A sense of urgency or even timelyness is missing entirely.

Customer service is okay most the time except the time I got handed my blizzard and the person just held them out and said "here" them promptly closed the window and walked away.

Also seems like they close whenever they want. I've been there or drove by on many many occasions where they were closed hours before their sign said. As early as 5pm.

To prove my point, I typed this entire thing between ordering and getting two blizzards.

I get employees are short right now but most of these things can be fixed with a good...

The woman taking orders from customers is extremely rude. She might be the manager. There was a long line when I went inside of DQ. An employee, who seemed very new, was at the other end where I was standing. I had asked him if they had any ice cream cakes in the back that they could sale. I was expecting a yes or a no to determine whether or not I would continue to stand in line or to leave. This man was extremely nice and told me yes, they do have plain cakes in the back and that he would go grab one for me. When he came back and placed the cake on the counter the woman taking orders yells at him in front of everyone. She is telling him that he can’t do that and it has to be an order. She then looks at me and begins yelling at me. She said that I needed to pay for it. I told her I would be paying for it when it was my turn in line. She yells “you are taking him from what he needs to be doing right now!” I was shocked by her reaction. The male employee tells her I wanted strawberries on it and she yells at me again stating “that is not how we do things. That will cost you extra!” I told her I will be paying for the strawberries. Once I was up to pay she was very rude and impatient and began complaining about how things were handled. I took the cake and apologized to the male employee for all the trouble. As I was walking out the woman starts to yell at him again. Wether or not he was doing the right thing he did not deserve to be treated the way that he was, especially being a new employee and learning a new stressful job. The way that she treats her employees is...

Have tried several times over the last couple of months to go for food and icecream for my kids. After 14 visits every single time they have messed up the order in one way or another. This includes serving meals with missing items because they just don’t have it and give no forewarning when the order is placed that they are out of something. Entirely incorrect items such as wording a crispy chicken salad and receiving a burger. Ordering bbq chicken strips and receiving a half order of regular. Then to go in and find out that their excuse every single time is “sorry we are training new employees” while I can understand that. If you’re training you should be double/triple checking every single order. Wait times are horrendously long, might as well go order from a sit down restaurant. Won’t be returning as every single time we go it ends up being a waste of money with nothing but excuses from the management(if you can...
