On a short road trip from Liberty Hill to Fredericksburg and I stumbled across this food truck. I was craving breakfast tacos, but it was already pretty close to noon on a Sunday. I was already grumpy because I had tried to order tacos for pickup from a place in marble falls and 4 tacos was going to take 30 minutes. Going through Johnson City I noticed a sign that said Breakfast Tacos outside Johnson City Coffee Co! We did a quick u-turn and to my delight, they were still serving breakfast tacos!!! The guys taking my order were super friendly and I had tacos in 10 minutes! I got 2 sausage, potato, egg and cheese tacos, and they were delicious! Salsa was amazing too!! Thanks Cast Iron Punk for saving the day with your delicious breakfast tacos and salsa!!!

Last weekend we went to visit Johnson City and found this gem of a food truck! I am unable to find the words to describe how delicious and unique my food was. I ordered a barbacoa grilled cheese with a side of tomato basil soup. And it was to die for! I can’t wait to go back to visit because I will definitely be reordering. You can tell the man behind the window making the food really put effort into the meal and it showed in the taste! Definitely recommend! There is also a small area infront to sit down and eat so a nice chill spot to grub as well

We stopped here to get some lunch and were amazed by the menu - nothing you have ever seen before. My son choose the Crème Brûlée French Toast. First we opened the lid and fell over backwards because the smell was just magnificent. As soon as we started cutting the toast, the cream started oozing out. Gosh! What a treat! I had eyed the Everything Salad! It sounded so good but unfortunately they were out of it. Maybe next time.

Hidden gem! Stopped here one morning on the way to Fredericksburg and honestly wasn’t expecting much from a breakfast food truck. Grabbed a coffee next door at Johnson city coffee and when I came out there was already a line forming. The locals definitely know this is the spot to be. I ordered the veggie egg scramble with ham and it was the best scramble I’ve ever had. Fresh and fluffy and the salsa condiment was the rage.
