Dunkin' — Restaurant in Johnson City

I deliver for GrubHub & got an order this morning from Dunkin. It was a 10 min drive from my last drop off to the store. There was only 2 customers in line when I arrived. No orders were in the section to pickup mobile orders so I wait in line & tell them the name I need to pick. Cashier tells me it will be over to the side when it’s ready. I step aside to wait & check the order so I know what to leave with & see that it’s just a coffee…1 iced coffee ordered 15 mins ago. I wait & wait & watch several people come in place orders with food & drinks which they get and leave while I wait. I asked 4 different employees about the order as time is money for a delivery driver. The order was supposed to be picked up by 9:45, it’s now 10:10. When I ask the last girl that I had spoken to upon arrival she was very rude to me like I did something wrong. I said this order was supposed to be picked up 25 mins ago. She tells me how busy they are even though they weren’t when I arrived. I said it’s your customer you are keeping waiting & she tells me that I can just go ahead and cancel the order. 45 mins total I tried to pick up 1 iced coffee & left with nothing. They cost me the pay for that order & and others I could have taken instead of standing there watch a bunch of hateful, miserable employees be rude to their customers. 2 customers even said to me on their way out “good luck”. So besides the money they cost me they negatively impacted my ratings which effects my future orders. As a single mother trying her best I didn’t have the time or money to wasted hanging out a Dunkin. I will never accept another order from Dunkin on Sunset. They should fire the entire staff or just close the store cause I can provide better service to people from my kitchen at home. I could not believe how they acted. No apologies for my wait, their screw up or their unprofessional attitudes. To the girls at Dunkin today remember “you get what you give” & I wish I could be there when...

I hate to give dd a bad review as I am such a fan. But here is my problem and why I am giving the bad review....they need to learn how to stir the drinks. I should not see the syrup or creamer and I see it in every drink. God help me if I ask them to stir it again....mean looks start showing ....the app is a hit or miss....I use my dd perk card all the time. I have them reload money first then swipe my perk card so I can get the points. So many times they screw up this simple task. That said the manager has fixed it with me every time. Lesson learned check your receipts. I ordered one coffee but they rang up two. I didn't notice until I got home. Yes they fixed it when I went back. I wish they would sell the syrups but they won't. I have requested it. I also wish they would sell the flavored coffee grounds..pumpkin spice to be exact. I also wish they would keep pumpkin spice year round. But my biggest issue is them not stirring the coffee and not understanding a simple reload. Bring a long spoon to stir your coffee and be prepared to talk to the employee like a 2 year old when you discuss the reloads. And I am sorry to say this and give them a low review but they need...

Sunset Dr Johnson City TN. Dunkin Dounuts service depends on if there are professional staff. Today it was not when I take the kids we ask for classic sprinkles (normal sprinkles as In The photo) They seem to be offended at times when sprinkle donuts are requested. There was no friendly service at the outside order when I went to the window there was lots of laughter ( nothing wrong with enjoying your job) But when I saw the donuts I wondered if what they gave me in the box was the reason. The donuts looked as if they were smeared with fingers. I checked the box as you can see in the photo frosting wasn’t removed on inside the box. I was told he didn’t feel this could be malicious. I asked did he believe they did not noticed how messy they were? If you ever go to Sunset Donuts do not leave without opening your box clearly they have very unprofessional staff that will serve sloppy items that could have been touched or hopefully not licked. Most would never want to serve these...
