Subway — Restaurant in Johnson City

I usually don't leave reviews anywhere, but every single time I go to this store they get my order wrong, or there is a problem with something. This time they didn't disappoint me. I was the only person in the store ordering a sub and there is only one person working at the time. It took 21 minutes from the time of ordering to the time of getting the Sub. After getting my sub there were 5 people behind me in line. They didn't have all of the ingredients to a two ingredient sub they offer. I tried to substitute one sauce in place for another, but they were out of most sauces as well, and didn't have all of the food put out for their items on the menu. This was around lunch time.

On other occasions the workers are usually fighting with each other about how hard they have to work or how many hours, which in most cases do not equal 40 hours a week anyway. They are not friendly with customers because of this, and I don't believe I have ever seen a manager working there helping reduce waiting times of customers.

I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone in the area. Go to any other Subway in Johnson City instead of this one. I have only went here because I work close. I try to give places a chance, but this place has something wrong with it every single time I go there. I will definitely go somewhere else...

There was a new lady working. I watched her go from having gloves on working at the register, to taking one glove off and then using the glove she kept on, which she handled money in, to make sandwiches. Gross. New gloves should have been put on. Thankfully she didn't touch our food bare handed but she tempted too a few times but she did wrap our food with her bare hand. I understand it's her first day but let's keep it a clean environment and handle people's food properly. The other lady who was working stopped in the middle of making our sandwiches to complete a sandwich she was making for someone in the lobby who wasn't in line ordering food. Disrespectful. I would assume it's her significant other or close friend at least.

Not to mention the temperature in the store was wayyyyy too hot. Made it very uncomfortable to eat inside.

Every time we go to the one on Bristol Hwy and Jeanine is working it’s a great experience she is the best at what she does we usually have a problem with some of the others not wanting to make our sandwich the way we like ( nothing ever over the top) and her personality is so cheerful and welcoming and the place is always clean!
