We typically don't have any complaints when getting food from here...however, my friend and I ordered food online tonight but what we ordered didn't transfer to their system correctly so we didn't get the right thing. Also, our onion rings and breaded mushrooms were clearly not fresh(we've ordered both several times and they were so hot we had to wait to eat them-which is what we want). These were oil saturated, shriveled, and cold. We were told it's cold outside so that's probably why. We live less than 2 minutes away 🤔 We said we'd be happy to send a copy of our receipt to prove what we had [attempted] to order on our end. We weren't accusing them...clearly it was a website issue. We sent the receipt to the email they provided and the only response we got was a copy of the receipt on their end. We were told we would get a call back, but never did. We also offered to send back the incorrect/cold food to exchange for fresh. We were not trying to just get free food from them, just wanted our order corrected. Someone just showed up at our door with the order that transferred incorrectly on their site...but they ignored the cold food issue entirely. WWe were told when we order online we should call to verify the order. I asked what was the point of calling to confirm our online order when we have a receipt and email confirming what we asked for? They made us feel like we were trying to get something out of them for free, but we weren't. The whole situation was a bit frustrating and I dont know if it's worth the hassle in the future. We were agreeable and willing to do what was needed to make it right. There's something to be said about good customer service, and I don't feel...

So... Pretty good food, I'll give it that. Customer service? Not so much.
My friend and I decided to eat at Fiesta Garibaldi for lunch. A few minutes after ordering our food, I asked our server how much a side of queso would be. She responded with "It's either like $0.50 or free, I'm not sure." So, she brought it back. After eating our good meal (the food here is great!), she came back with the bill. It said "Cheese Dip $7.xx." Clearly, that is nowhere near the price of free or 50 cents. NOT TO MENTION - what queso is possibly worth $8???
We went up to the register and the man there started pointing the finger at me. He told me it was on the menu and I should've looked at the price. Since I ate it, I had to pay. He was not apologetic, he was very rude from the start. In response, I suggested they teach their workers the prices of the food. He again explained I should've looked at the prices on the menu (which, at the time, we no longer had - I asked after I had already ordered). I told him it was messed up and handed him my card, while he was still trying to educate me on how -I- made a mistake, and how he would have given it to me for free had I not eaten it... I told him I didn't want to hear it and that I wouldn't be returning. His response? "You do what you want."
Customer service is equally as important as the food. While the waitress/server was great, the man at the cash register removed all hope of me spending another minute at the restaurant.
Quite possibly the worst customer service I've experienced at...

Stopped into Fiesta Garibaldi with middling hopes and left with… exactly those same hopes intact. If you're looking for a meal that screams, "This could technically be called Mexican food," then congratulations—you've found your beige paradise. Let’s start with the good: the chips were warm, the salsa was passable, and no one yelled at me. The staff was friendly in that “we know this isn’t great but we’re trying our best” sort of way. The decor tried its hardest to convince me I was somewhere festive, but the food politely reminded me I was, in fact, still in Johnson Creek.
I ordered the fajitas, which tasted like someone once read a Wikipedia article on Mexico and then attempted a culinary tribute using only items found in a Midwestern gas station. The rice was fluffy but flavorless, like the culinary version of elevator music. The beans had the consistency of paste and the enthusiasm of a bored substitute teacher. Nothing was outright bad—it all hovered somewhere between "I guess this is food" and "we could’ve just had frozen burritos at home and saved $40." You know a place is aggressively average when your post-meal thought is, "Well, I’m not mad. Just disappointed."
I won’t be back, but I wish them well in their continued pursuit of mediocrity. If you're in the mood for Mexican food but don't want your taste buds to feel anything too exciting, Fiesta Garibaldi is...
