I didn't even get a chance to eat here. I came through the drive thru on 12/31/24 at approximately 11:25am. Things started off normal where they asked me if I wanted to use the mobile app, to which I replied that I didn't. I was then asked to go ahead with my order. I attempted to order some Flatbread melts, and was told "We aren't doing those today." I said, "Well that sucks, are you guys at least doing quesadillas?" To which there was a long pause and someone speaking Spanish in the background. Long pause. Then they told me yes. I proceeded to order a couple of quesadillas, a burrito and 2 large drinks. Long pause again. The order on the screen was way off and had a chicken Flatbread and a Baja blast. When he asked me if that was correct, I replied with "Not even close." Then the person on the other end said "What do WANT?!" This statement was made in a condescending tone and an extremely rude temperment. As a result my reply was "To go somewhere else. Have a great day." I'm not sure who is in charge of this location or who owns it, but this was an example the actual worst customer service I have ever received at any taco bell or any restaurant ever in my entire life. The person taking my order very clearly shouldn't be working anywhere near customers, and needs to find a different career path. They very obviously don't care about your customers or your business. I work professionally in the customer service field, and the person I spoke to today deserves to be promoted to customer. And if he gets to read this, that means fired/terminated/let go. I was very disappointed, and will never return to this location as a result. I went to Qdoba instead and received awesome customer service and delicious food. Read moreSo I used to love this Taco Bell, but then that all changed a few months back. I ordered a meal and was only given parts of what I ordered. When I confronted them about it, they said, "Oh, we're out of rice, so we weren't able to make that." ....this was after they took my order and my money. I didn't get too upset because, sure, that happens. Next time I went there, same issue, the next time, same issue again. So now I'm wondering why...? Then I hear there's new ownership. So I went inside and ordered, ...3 out of 4 items were "out of stock," or at least that is what I was told from their deadpan eyes. So, here I waited 10 minutes for the 4 items I order, received 1 of them, and when I asked them for the other 3 items they "rolled their eyes" and literally threw them down on the counter to me and told me that they "aren't made right" because they are, once again, out of what they just sold me. What I did receive wasn't even what I ordered, and when I asked for the missing items, they told me they couldn't refund my money and that they were "out of stock." So again, fine. Then I went there 1 last time, it was 7 pm. The door was locked, and they were listed online to be open until 8pm. When I called them from their parking lot, they didn't answer until the 3rd phone call. They said "what" when they answered and told me, "They are closed for the day," and hung up. I'm not sure who is running things there, but they are most certainly going to run this place into the ground.

Read moreWorst experience ever at a fast food joint. I just got off night shift and had never tried the breakfast crunch wrap and was looking forward to it. Went through drive through and was greeted rudely. Didn't bother me much at that time until the conversation continued.
The lady treated me like I was suppose to know the menu already before ordering. I was asking her questions about the menu where the lady responded with a tone of voice that she was getting irritated.
I asked for a meal and she only gave me a crunch wrap with a drink. I asked for hot sauce and she responded with "I can't put it in but I can give you the packets" with an irritated voice.
I responded that I just wanted some packets in the bag and not on my crunch wrap.
Went up to pay and grab my food, no hot sauce and NO RECEIPT of my order.
I went inside to ask for hot sauce and was greeted with the same attitude I received the past 5 minutes while in drive through.
I asked for the manager and it turns out the lady ordering my food was the manager.
I was hoping to get her name for this review but she did not have a name badge on. I didn't realized Taco Bell workers here at Johnson Creek, WI can work without their name badge. I did my fair share of working at fast foods and not wearing your name badge was UNACCEPTABLE. So how was it acceptable for a MANAGER to not wear one????
I also did not receive my receipt paper so I didn't get her name through that method as well.
