New Panda House — Restaurant in Johnsonburg

I placed a large order, later in the evening on a Saturday night and it was ready within a half hour. Our order was as follows: general Tso's chicken, Chicken & broccoli, sweet & sour chicken, fried dumplings, crab Rangoon, beef lol mein, and Chinese donuts.The general tso's chicken was cooked to perfection and not gooey and mushy like most places around here. The chicken was well cooked, just shy of crunchy. It had a perfect balance of flavor with a subtle amount of spice. The chicken & broccoli was absolutely delicious and the broccoli was done perfectly, sweet & sour chicken was amazing, fried dumplings with their dipping sauce was phenomenal, crab Rangoon was crunchy and flavorful, and the donuts were a nice, sweet finish to an awesome meal! My daughter can be a little picky when it comes to beef lol mein and she absolutely loved it! Also, we received three containers of white rice which was also spot on. It is so rare to find a place that is able to cook all of those items and not have at least one dish that isn't quite up to par. Not only was all of the food cooked to perfection, but the portion sizes were amazing and the prices were very reasonable!! The woman that took my order and rang me up was very kind as well Hands down, the best $65 I have spent in a long time! I would definitely recommend for anyone craving Chinese food to order from here! We look forward to ordering...

A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. I always ask for my generals Tsos to be as spicy as can be and other places let me down but not here! Very very spicy, and just the right amount of crisp to the chicken. The crab Rangoon and egg rolls were awesome too! An added bonus were the extra free egg rolls they threw in! The younger kid that took our order and waited on us when we picked up was very pleasant too! I feel the price was very good and the amount of food they give you is plenty for atleast 2 meals. Overall it was a great experience and I would even make the 30 Mile round trip Just pick it up compared to getting the ones that may be closer to me. Highly...

This is such good food! It was fresh, hot, with plenty of well-seasoned sauce. The vegetables were prepared well and cooked appropriately. We enjoyed our food as takeout and didn't eat in the restaurant. My family enjoyed the meal and will definitely be back.

Update... we've been back.. multiple times. I don't have any complaints at all. The wait time can be long, but it's worth it. The tricky thing is to catch their hours. As of writing this (6.30.24), they open at 3:30 on Saturdays because their Fridays are so busy. They need extra time to do fresh prep during the day before opening on Saturday. Hope this...
