West End Pizza — Restaurant in Johnsonburg

NEVER ordering from here again and you shouldn’t either.

Wanted to try something new, so my boyfriend and I decided to get their food delivered to our apartment. My boyfriend called and we were told 15 minutes for the food to get here. The girl didn’t seem to know what she was doing.

It took approximately an HOUR and TWENTY MINUTES to get here. He called again to ask when it was going to be here because it was already an hour in and also told the lady that we were told 15 minutes. She proceeded to tell him with an attitude that we weren’t told 15 minutes and that the delivery guy was on his way.

Twenty minutes later the delivery guy got here and he knocked on both of the outside doors for ours and the neighbors and we couldn’t hear him because we live upstairs. He called and told him how to get in and he still couldn’t manage it; he waited outside door for us to go downstairs. So, my boyfriend went downstairs to get the food. After he gave him the food, he stood there expecting my boyfriend to give him money when we already paid and tipped when we ordered.

The food was NOT good; fries were soggy (barely any fries) chicken sandwich was okay, but not the best I’ve had in this area. The stromboli was slightly overcooked and they didn’t put anything in the box so the grease soaked through the...

Such an unprofessional, childish establishment! Don't bother to ask them for more than 2 types of specialty toppings on different halves of your pizza! Instead of charging extra for the other toppings, they will end up not answering the phone when you call. Or as in the case last night, my son was trying to order food and was having problems with his phone and accidentally hung up on them. When he tried to call back to apologize, they would pick up the phone then hang it up right away! I have NEVER come across an establishment as childish and unprofessional as this one! We used to think they had the best pizza, now, they will NEVER get our business again unless I get an apology from them! DO NOT BUY YOUR FOOD...

Only place that delivers in johnsonburg. I called for two days no one ever answered. Finally got an answer. No one ever showed up to deliver my pizza. All I had was a missed call. I returned the call and a woman said that someone came and I didn't answer and she said "bye" gleefully before hanging up on me. She has since never answered again. I'll let you all decide for yourselves if this is the quality of customer service you are looking for. I might recommend them if actually purchasing a pizza wasn't so difficult.
