I load out of here several times a month. The South Mill (122) is usually very good at getting you loaded out, no matter when your appointment is, as long as they have your product. The North Mill (121), however, is a different place altogether. If you're early, and they have open docks, they might put you into a dock, but don't count on being loaded early. If you're late, they can (and often will) move you to the overflow parking, where you could sit for several hours, easily. Sometimes, they keep a truck in overflow until the next day. In fact, I'm sitting there right now. At noon, they said, "Our docks are full, and we have to bring your load down from upstairs, so we're moving you to overflow. Keep your phone handy, and we'll call you." That was almost 10 hours ago. I was the first one into the overflow parking, send 6 other trucks have come and gone, and here I sit alone again. This isn't the first time this has happened to me, or to other drivers loading at the North Mill. One of our drivers told me that he recently sat here for 2-1/2 days. South Mill usually has you loaded in 45 to 90 minutes. Almost never longer than 2 hours. North Mill occasionally has you loaded out in 2 hours for less, but you never know. It's often 3 or 4 hours, and occasionally all day, or longer. The South Mill gets 4 stars, but the North Mill gets zero stars. So I averaged it...

Check in was three hours ago but now I’m finally loaded. Heading to my destination with just annoying the, lack of professionalism in this place, but the greatest sin is how they communicate, or lack there of what...
