Alcove Lounge — Restaurant in Johnstown

This bar does not know how to run a business. The kid who bartends closes down an hour early, very unfriendly guy! Terrible service. Only serves to regulars, and wont serve beer TO-GO bc they dont know me personally. Which is unfair, hes loosing ALOT of business to out towners. OH, AND takes alcohol you PAID for when you go to the bathroom bc he wants to leave early. By Law, that's considered fraud. I've been to a lot of dive bars.... this one by far is the worst.
