Wow! What can I say! We had my sisters Engagement party at The Boulevard, in their larger room, The Warehouse. We had the best time! Don helped us coordinate everything. A projector for a slide show, overhead music, microphone and even a signature drink at our own private bar! It also included beautiful black table linens with a neutral accent color that is great for any event. They do not even charge extra for these awesome services. They require a down deposit but that comes off the total bill in the end. Food was reasonably priced and delicious. We could not have been happier with everything. Lauren and Ninny were the best bartenders and waitresses. I can not say enough about how great it was! Definitely check them out for your next event. For reference: We had around 70 people but we could have fit a more if needed. We did appetizers and an open bar, mixer event. We had our own private restrooms, a coat room, own private large bar with 12 bar stools and a separate entrance. Signage to help guests find their way and handicap access with a ramp. We also had access to the room right outside of our room that had a free pool table, free dart game and a TV so the kids could play and my husband could watch March Madness! 🤣🤗 **We added floral centerpieces, greenery, cupcake stands and cupcakes!

This back room was perfect for our 20th reunion! There was a private bar just for us, which many people loved, and it still kept us all together to socialize! Don was great at suggesting food items that he knew would work well, especially after the Thanksgiving holiday. He let us in early to decorate. Staff provided us with everything we needed, such as a ladder, moving chairs out of the way, allowing us to add our own sparkly overlay to their tables before they added salt/pepper so we didn’t have to move things, etc. (And how nice are the rafters for easy hanging decor!) They had a sign prepared so we could have our own private entrance. Food was timed well. Wings were delicious! Take out boxes were provided. Cost was reasonable. Don let us text and call him any time and was prompt to respond. He also allowed us to bring in themed dessert from outside for the occasion. And no extra charge for the room, as long as we were spending a certain amount! He also called to follow up afterwards just make sure we were pleased with everything. We couldn’t have picked a better spot! We definitely loved this location more than our 10 year choice! Would definitely recommend!

We visited your establishment while in town to visit a family member, and with a 4.6-star rating, we had high expectations. Unfortunately, our experience fell short. The service was good, and the atmosphere was fine, but the food didn't meet our expectations. I ordered the beef brisket sandwich with a side of tomato and cucumber salad. The pickles on the sandwich were so thick they overshadowed the meat. As for the salad, the chunks of tomato and cucumber were enormous and drenched in bottled balsamic dressing—making it difficult to eat. My companion tried the Nashville-style chicken sandwich with a side of fries. There was an additional $2 charge for a premium side of fries, which were cold and limp. As for the chicken, we were confused—this was a processed, breaded chicken patty with little to no heat. We even wondered if we were served a buffalo chicken sandwich by mistake. The chicken itself was paper-thin and disappointing. Lastly, the build-your-own burger with fries was overcooked, further adding to our disappointment. Unfortunately, this stop turned out to be a great letdown. We will not be returning.

Went out to eat NYE. Made reservation and was seated promptly. I had not not been to Boulevard Grill in 7 or 8 years so I needed time to look at menu.

I wasn't sure what I wanted to drink and delaying your drink order is not smart when your companions are late. The server pretty much ignores you until others join you.

So I sat for 29 minutes having finished my glass of water and being ready to order a beer I saw on the drink menu.

I finally got the attention of the server and began enjoying my beer as my companions joined me. They ordered the same, and had the server been more attentive, I would have already finished my first when my companions arrived and I would have suggested a pitcher.

Oh well, I ordered a fish sandwich and my companions ordered a shaved prime rib sandwich and a brisket. We also got a dip sampler as an appetizer. The pita triangles had been deep fried, and came with Ranch dressing, spinach artichoke dip, and house made salsa.

I was told the two beef sandwiches were very good. My fish sandwich a lite disappointing. It was battered, I prefer breaded. The Buffalo wing sauce I got to dip it into was house made and a bit hotter than Buffalo sauce.

Sides from the three of us included slaw, sweet potato fries, and a side salad. All of which were fine.

The property is divided into a bar area, a back bar event room and a small seating area with a pool table in between. Property also has an extended dining area / banquet room accessed via a short corridor. Another banquet area is on the second floor.

I'll go back...but not for the...

We recently had my daughter's baby shower at The Warehouse at the Boulevard Grill, and it was absolutely perfect! We scheduled it months in advance, and Don kept in touch with us periodically for any questions or concerns that we could address before the shower. Don was very hands on with the planning of the shower, and having never hosted a shower, he was very helpful on what he felt would make for the perfect day. We arrived early to decorate and Brooke could not have been any more accommodating with needs we may have and checked with us often to check to see if there was anything we needed! The food was absolutely perfect, I highly recommend the Mac n cheese! Many of our guests were also very impressed with the level of service they received. One of our guests had a toddler with them, and Julie and Brooke brought him juice boxes and frequently checked in with the mom, as to any needs she had for her toddler! The set up was perfect, and was done before we arrived. The daddy also had his own "shower" called Huggies & Chuggies, and again, Don had great ideas to make the daddy"s day just as special! the guys loved the wings! I highly recommend the Boulevard Grill for any occasion that you may have in the future! Thank you so much to Don, Brooke, Julie and the chefs for an...
