Haven Bar And Lounge — Restaurant in Johnstown

I placed an order and the person who answered the phone confirmed my address for delivery. I get a call from Conemaugh hospital telling me my food was delivered there. I immediately call the haven and tell the person they delivered my food to the hospital and not to my address. The young man who answered the phone immediately went into defense mode and said “we have no proof of that” I thank GOD that the delivery driver walked in, in the middle of our conversation to confirm that he indeed delivered my food to the wrong address. After the young man basically called me a liar, he said “we can pick your food back up & deliver it” didn’t even offer to re-make the food & when we got the food, all 3 order of chicken tenders were BURNT & they forgot my soda and had to go back to the store to get a new one why couldn’t they do that for my food? How did they get a residential address mixed up with the hospital? 0/10 will NOT...

Haven's used 2 bee good, but the last 2 times I ate there it was DOUBLE N... NASTY... NASTY... The salad had brown spots... Room temperature wings under cooked... They didn't rip apart had 2 wrestle with them... The ranch dippin sauce was watered down, hot sauce was not hot.... And the fries that come with bacon and cheese seemed it was microwaved... I wish I could give this place negative stars. Not sure where to even start, sat down and joined a group of friends and it took forever for someone to even come say hey what can I get for you. Kid you not we didn't get asked what we wanted to drink until we ordered our food, got our drinks good thing. 20 min goes by still no food at all, no everyone's order came out one by one so no one got to eat together, those who had there food was not happy with the food we got. There was about half the group that got good taken off the bill because it was gross. The bathroom for the men was just gross, you walk in and your met with a metal troth for you fluid and pow you turn around and the toilet is right there no division or privacy or anyone. I would not recommend this place to anyone or go...
