These are the wings they literally served me. They had feathers and what looked like feet attached to them. Disgusting. The owner came out and apologized and said I'll get you new ones. I said I'm not even sure if I want new ones. She said I'll take them off the check and get you new ones. My beer battered fries came out Luke warm at best. They just refried them. Needless to say, nothing was taken off the bill for the hairy, foot chicken wings and then Luke warm fries. I had to wait extra for the inconvenience. The manager/owner came over. She did nothing. Customer service was bad. Food quality was even worse. I had my hand out for my change (almost 70%). She sat it on the bar instead of handing it to me.

They just keep making the food wrong. My partner and I used to love getting the salad that they'll put any wing sauce on. We always get garlic parm. The last few times we've gotten it, they keep putting buffalo sauce on even though we specifically requested garlic parm. It also has a total of 5 singular fries, and a very light sprinkle of cheese. And we waited over an hour. This time was via door dash. Nobody at the restaurant hit the button that the food was ready, though it had been ready for 40 minutes. They also didn't even know how. We had to drive to pick it up ourselves after already paying tips and fees through door dash because the restaurant didn't know how to confirm the food.

I don’t often give 5 stars, especially to Johnstown Taverns as they often sell exactly the same thing as everyone else. The Haven takes it a step higher. The food was EXCELLENT! The atmosphere is nice, they have a satellite juke box with Bose speakers, they have an ATM and a scratch off lottery machine. The food is what makes the Haven what it is. Plus they have some very nice beers on tap, including Stella, Fat Tire, and Blue Moon. Locals love it and I totally understand!
