Ordered 5 pizzas on 09/10 for delivery, received 3 incorrect pizzas. Employee and manager at the Alexander Drive location said that they couldn't refund them, or exchange them, or give a credit for any future purchases. Have previously ordered from this location pretty regularly over the last year, but won't be doing so anymore. I'd rather wait for another Dominos location to deliver before doing business at this store again. Also, was told that since I had actually bitten into the pizza that they couldn't refund us - order was completely different than what we received.
If anyone from Dominos sees this, order # was 1176, placed a call about it at around 7:15pm. We also tipped pretty good as well. As a side note, I love that Dominos has a policy on their box that says "Our guarantee that we will make it right". Yeah, just not at this location. I'm also about a 2 minute drive from there, not like it's across town. Spent around $55 for this order, which I know isn't huge, but it's enough.
Was not offered anything other than "Sorry, there's nothing we can do." And then blamed it on the new delivery guy, which was a woman. I don't post a lot of reviews, but the flippant attitude of the employee and by extension the manager was not customer service-worthy, and apparently nobody there feels up to owning a simple mistake, that could have been rectified by me just driving up there to get the new pizzas. I'd have brought the wrong ones up there with me.

Read moreEmployee changed order. We had a Buy 1 large get one free large Domino's pizza card from a fundraiser. We ordered and purchased however many pizzas we needed, expecting to get half of them for free. Mind you, we have been using this card for awhile and it's meant to expire in Jun and this establishment was one of many that was publicized to honor the discount. That in mind, whoever we consulted didn't know about this card. We tried to explain but they clearly weren't getting it, so they ended up adding random discounts, taking off some pizzas, which we're completely fine with (and we knew about these changes), instead of saving $100 we saved $90, no big deal. What we were not expecting was to come in and pick up our order and it be different then what we were expecting. This employee took off more pizzas and changed some of them to medium, without our knowledge or consent, supposedly to get us up to the "$100" we were trying to save. My problem here isn't more so about the cards discount not working then the employee who, without consent, changed our order to something we didn't ask for. This was definitely a disappointment and this also isn't the first time we've had trouble with...
Read moreI don't do negative reviews very often, but Crystal, the manager, at this Domino's needs to learn how to speak to customers. I ordered several things Sunday afternoon, and after receiving a notification that it was done, we went through the drive thru pick up line. The worker at the window stated that they had to start all over and make the order again, and it would be an additional 30 minutes. We were a little irritated, but I do get things happen. We came back 30 minutes later, and thankfully, it was ready and the worker stated there will be a credit of two free pizzas tied to my phone number. Awesome, that works! I kept checking my account on the app, and still didn't see it. I called that Domino's and she was incredibly disrespectful. She stated there was no credit on my account, and they can't just give away a free meal because I had to "wait a little longer", and she was the only one that could do such a thing. She did put a 30% off my next order on my account at the end of the conversation, but I think we'll be getting our pizza somewhere else...
