Lost Pizza Co. — Restaurant in Jonesboro

Lost Pizza here in Jonesboro needs to be serious about the services they claim to offer. First off, the pizza is good. The so called" curb service" does not exist!! Since the coronavirus is now become an issue, restaurants are no longer having customers dine in. So today I decided to place an order & take advantage of their " curb service". Folks,...it doesn't exist!! I was sitting there waiting for the pizza to be delivered. After it was about 10 minutes from the time I was told it would be done, I got out of my car and went in. I asked if the pizza was done. After a short period of time, I began to realize that there was no" Curb service". There was 7 to 8 people standing there. I got my pizza and went home to find out that the pizza was made about 10 minutes before I got there. Part of the issue is the same thing I've found in most pizza parlours around the south......too many teenager's in a serious work environment. Everyone is talking but nobody is waiting on customers. Buck's pizza folded because of the same reason. Pizza Inn is the same way. CiCi's, Little Caesars and Pizza Hut are all in that same boat. Shame that today you just can't find a good pizzaria. This place has great atmosphere, is clean, (I would indeed eat in the bathroom it was so clean), and a fairly creative product. The food was hot and well prepared. We got some boneless wings and a pizza. My only complaint so far is that we didn't enjoy the taste of what we ordered. Let me be clear... it was PREPARED well, but since we were ordering for the first time we ordered things that sounded good to us but that we didn't enjoy. Probably the fault of our taste buds rather than the restaurant! We just were the wrong audience for that particular food. A few notes: Its not marked well, but it's one of those places you walk up and order at the counter and then find a table that suits you. You get your own drinks etc. They bring you your food when it's ready. So don't stand at the door waiting to be seated! Also... They have plenty of extra seating in a second room That would be great for parties. Lastly... the decor is musically eclectic, interesting and quite fun. Something there for everyone for sure! Enjoy! I'm so disappointed. This pizza looked so good but was probably the worst I've ever tasted. We came here from out of town April 25th. The pizza crust on the bottom was still doughy raw and the part that was cooked on the other pizza had a funny taste. Like maybe it went bad and they cooked it anyways. The staff was wonderful and we experience excellent customer service its just the food was just not good. What you see in the picture is what we left on the table when we left. Also I know we were over charged. We ordered one $11 and one $20 pizza. I had water and my husband had a $4 beer. We did add 2 or 3 toppings on the pizza. All that came up to $66. How? We had our card on tab so when we told them to close it it rang us up and they brought out a receipt.
