Wings To Go - Jonesboro — Restaurant in Jonesboro

Me and daughter always ate at wings to go. It was our place to bond and enjoy good food. The service is usually great. But last night, I witnessed a worker touch my celery with his bare hands, as he was sweeping the floor. I complained of course. As my food was being re-packaged, the same dude touched my food again, this time with an unsanitary bag, despite there being two other workers standing there, watching him, that didn’t have a broom in their hand, ready to package my food. He knew I was watching so he sarcastically waved his hand at me, with the bag, while throwing it in the trash, as a way to mock me. I was still willing to be mature, take my food, and leave. As I was turning to leave, I hear a couple workers mocking me yet again. They said, “Didn’t you touch her fries too?” Or something like that. I was still willing to leave, but no. At that point, that was strike 3, and I gracefully got a refund. The manager was very nice and understanding about everything. The money came back to my account immediately. Any other day, this place is awesome. Me and my daughter went to eat together and watch cartoons all the time, but I could not believe what happened last night. After work i decided to order myself some wings before bed, called in because you cant order on their website. When i called an placed my order the young lady on the phone says hold on i can hear her and her manager talking and she says i called the other store placed an order had not picked it up and i was calling in a different order at their store as well prettt much saying i was trying to waste food. Mind you i had not done such however instead of going over facts and getting to the bottom of this "which was probably a single digit of my phone number mistaking" she was rude so i got back on the phone let her know i heard it all she was showing poor customer service and i had not placed two orders she was mistaken but i would go elsewhere for my food. The portions were incredibly tiny. $1 a wing for a tiny amount of meat, ($30 for one person minimum).

The quality of options is great, and the flavors are amazing. I travel across the US and I can say these were the 2nd best lemon pepper wings I've ever had (out of literally hundreds of restaurants) In fact, all 6 flavors we tried were amazing. However, I'm usually a 18-24 wing person. I ate 24 and went back for another 16. Still not full but now unwilling to spend more money.
