KFC — Restaurant in Jonesboro

ordered on the app, was supposed to pick up 3 orders at 11:00 am. a manager said there was no original chicken, asked if I wanted crispy, I told him no, he stated it would be 9 minutes on the original, I said that I would wait, A lady brought out 1of the orders at 11:05 am, I asked her about what the manager had said, and she told me that there was enough for 1 order. So I waited until 11:16 am for the rest of my orders. now the first order is getting cold. I called to the store when I got back to work to talk to a manager, the lady stated that she was a manager, asked me what was wrong. I told her that they disappointed me on their app ordering, I told her what happened, she didn't really seemed concerned about my call, but did apologize. Finally I just told her ok. Guess this store will not get any more of...

Visited this KFC, which is the newest one in the Jonesboro area. It is a duplex, connected to the TA Express in the same building so it is convenient. It sits just off Interstate 555 so it can be convenient for those on the road as well. It has the full menu other KFC restaurants have. They have a drive-thru as well as online/app ordering. I ordered a family meal that was on special and it was ready quickly. The staff I encountered during my stop were nice and the restaurant was not busy, it was clean, and organized.

The only reason I deducted a star was because the restaurant is a bit smaller than other KFC restaurants so I could see it getting crowded during peak times. Other than that, I do not or did not have any issues...

This is the second time I've stopped here since they open, the 1st time I stopped it was a great Atmosphere and Service was Fantastic But today (3/28 at 3pm) the 2 girls was rude and I stood there for 15mins Before they even acknowledge me being there because they were to busy on their phone (If it wasn't because i was on my 30min break i would have walked out!!)! If they were busty with other Customers I would understand but I was the only one in the restaurant at the time, And they acted like I was bothering them!! And the one girl just Through my food in the bag... Very...
