Subway — Restaurant in Jonesboro

I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star rating. I know not all subways are the same but I have worked in one so I know how it’s supposed to be done! While the guy was getting my boyfriend’s order the other coworker’s were interrupting him which was extremely rude! They only had flatbread and this was at 4pm. I understand things run out but again in the mornings they are supposed to thaw some out and cook them, as they will refill them! I decided to just go with a salad. I ciuldnt even get my salad the way I wanted it because they used the actual Togo salad bowl instead of putting all of it in a salad mixing bowl to chop it all up. They didn’t ask or even offer to chop it! So I had to bring it home and finish their job! They didn’t give me a fork or crackers either! I am so beyond ticked off! My salad I usually get the whole 9yards bc they are supposed to chop it up anyways. So basically due to their want of being lazy I didn’t get it the way I wanted and I didn’t want to make a scene in the store. But I hope they read every single word of this! Literally just chz, lettuce, very little spinach...

Horrible service. There were so many workers and it took 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. First, my chicken was frozen so in stead of just the chicken going in the oven to warm they warm the chicken topped with cheese and bacon. The chicken was still half frozen I found out when I got my sandwhich to my truck. The sandwiches were terrible. Half of the sandwhich had 3 pieces of chickens and the other half had the rest. Only half the sandwhich had bacon. Literally no common sense of the two girls working the food. Maybe next time the chicken is frozen just throw that in the oven, then assemble the rest. Especially because I asked for it toasted and it never was toasted. (I would have said something but it took 20 minutes for my 2 sandwiches, I was on a break and needed to leave, and there were 6 people behind me with their sandwiches half done waiting for the veggies. Never again here. Not worth it. The girls were idiots...

Went into this location after driving overnight. Young lady seemed to be irritated. I ordered tuna I was told I’m the only one at work and I don’t have time to prepare it in back..very rudely..she then went on to show how upset she was when making my chicken sandwich I had to order by slam the salt pepper & oil after use. Telling other co-workers “I have to go get my baby”. There was no spinach leaves so I asked did she have time to get them, well she did then slammed container down.
