If you are really in the mood for sonic.. this is not the one to go to. I went to 4 different stalls before they were able to take my order because half of them weren't working. 2 other customers pulled up 5-10 minutes after me and were immediately helped. I started to wonder if it was the stall i was at so i went to another one. Waited another 5-10 mins and another customer pulled up and was again helped. I had to go to 2 other stalls before finally getting my order taken 30 minutes later. I was only getting food for my girl and she wanted a lot of ranch because it was cheese fries and jumbo popcorn chicken. I asked if he could give me 5 or 6 ranch because of this unnecessary wait and he said “yea we can do that” When the carhop brings the food there is no ranch and i asked if she could bring me 5 or 6. She comes back out with 2 and said id have to pay for extra. ANY other sonic or establishment would have at least tried to compensate the customer for their wasted time by giving them a few more extra sauces but not this amazing sonic.
Moral of the story: if you had to choose between sharing a 2 day old dumpster burger with some raccoons or going to this sonic… choose the dumpster burger and raccoons every time. Because you’ll get the food quicker and the raccoons will be better company than the manager at this sonic.

Read moreSo I like y’all a lot. I’ve been coming there a long time now with my app orders and I’ve always gotten the sauces I order. No one delivers my food and tells me to then pay for my sauces. I don’t care if places start charging for sauces, but have someone tell me when they deliver the food. Don’t let me get all the way home to see that they aren’t in there and come back only for my food to get cold. It’s not my fault if your app doesn’t charge for sauces. If it’s a company policy thing, then get them on top of that. The point of an app order is not to order on the app with all your food and condiments and then arrive to be told you must do a separate onsite transaction for the condiments you put in your order. I know restaurants themselves might not be able to do anything with the app, but my suggestion is someone who talks to I guess corporate get in touch with them about the app not charging for sauces if it’s supposed to. I still like y’all though. Im just not going to keep doing this whole app order and then second onsite transaction to get the sauces in my mobile app order. What I got was a #2, fries, no ketchup, and a nugget container of bbq sauce. Fine, ill have fries, thats not a big deal. I flagged down a car hop and asked for a cup of ketchup. She goes inside and brings out a bunch of packs. I asked, again, for ketchup in a cup. She goes back inside and brings out a cup with about 1 pack's worth of ketchup in it.
At this point, I hit the button and ask to speak to the manager. The woman at the other end of the speaker tells me shes busy.
I flag down a car hop and tell her that I need a manager. 10 minutes or so later, Stephanie comes out. I tell her what happened, and she shows zero interest in anything im saying. She goes inside, and gets me lukewarm tots, a cup of bbq sauce, and a cup of ketchup with a whole 2 packs of ketchup in it.
