Twisted Dough — Restaurant in Jonesboro

I was looking forward to trying my sample pack when it arrived today. However when it arrived every jar had leaked creating a huge mess. I tried calling the phone number on the enclosed material (their site says 24 hour customer service) but it's not answered. Contrary to what the recorded message says, there is also no chat feature on the site. I'm glad I paid for the route protection so I was able to make a claim through them and have received a refund.

This all said, had I really read the website and the tone of the information I would never have made this order. When your site has to demand that customers be nice and make demands about how you make a complaint for an issue that's a red flag that you're company is not nice to customers. One or two rude customers is one thing but if you get so many you have to talk about it over and over on your site, you're the problem.

Add to that the poor quality reviews I'm now seeing and I'm almost glad that this is all going in the trash. I'm not risking eating a food product that has to be refrigerated (that is shipped without any cooling packs by the way) that was not sealed properly and leaked everywhere.

Poor quality control and poor customer service means that you're one chance to make a first impression...

I ordered this product online after seeing it on a Gordan Ramsey show... I was very excited to get this but only to be disappointed... I spent a lot of money I had got the chocolate chip cookie dough, Peanut butter cookie dough, and the banana pudding and let me tell you they were all nasty... I just had bariatric surgery and thought it would be good for me.... It's high in protein and low in sugar which was a good thing... I would ask for my money back and send back the product but I had trouble even getting the product delivered and got a not so nice email back when I wrote them about when I would receive my product... I would HIGHLY NOT recommend this product period... If they will give me my money back I will be willing to rewrite my review... I even thought about contacting Gordan Ramsey himself to let him know the treatment I got from this company... I don't know still might.... SAVE YOUR MONEY THIS PRODUCT ISN'T...

I ordered 3 of the sample jars so I could see if I like them before buying larger jars. First, I'd like to add that it's great that they offer sample jars so many other companies do not do that and many consumers end up throwing away their money because they do not like the product. That said, I got the double chocolate chip, frosted strawberry shortcake and hazelnut swirl. I have an awful sweet tooth, so I'm always on the hunt for something that will satisfy that crave sugar. I tried the double chocolate chip, and there is a little bit of an aftertaste, but it TRULY isn't bad!! I've had other snacks that replaced the sugar, and they tasted awful. This did not taste awful. The only reason I gave only four stars is because of the minimal aftertaste. I will leave another review when I try the other two flavors I can honestly say that I will probably be ordering...
