The Crawfish Basket — Restaurant in Jonesboro

I used to love this place. But my past two experiences here have been absolutely awful. I ordered my food at 6:20 and was told it would be fifteen minutes.I did not receive my food until 7:10. After I had waited about thirty minutes, they finally came out and asked me what I had. I repeated my order to them and told them I had been waiting for a long time. The girl could not have cared less. When she finally came back with my food, I asked her to wait while I checked it because I was at the other side window. After I verified that it was all there, she just kind of rolled her eyes and walked away. It was a very expensive order. The time before that, my food was completely wrong. And I had to wait an extra twenty minutes in the restaurant to get the correct order. This was also an expensive meal. Maybe during the remodel, they should focus on customer service and getting...

First time I ate there food was good but service from the young blonde was not..she told me the grill was closed if I want food it would have to b fried. I called to c if grill was open and someone told me.grill was closed because they didn't have anyone old enough to use the grill...makes it real hard to try it again...wife was bitterly upset the first time with the service...people I talked to talked this place up but physically going there to get grilled food must b a hit and miss...and meanwhile waiting on the food was about 40 mins or so horrible.... tried again to get grilled food and once again, grill is closed...I wonder y the owners don't address...

I ordered my food , a shrimp boil platter that came with 8 shrimp and 2 potatoes and some onions. (11:16) I received my food at (11:55) came home and tasted the shrimp they seemed as if they were seasoned with just tony’s it didn’t have a good flavor it was more on the salty side the potatoes luckily were there to help drown out the salt but personally I don’t think it was worth the long wait and would not be back I noticed everyone getting the fried options...
