KOKOMO — Restaurant in Jonesboro

I hardly ever come because the wait is so long but today I thought I’d give it a try. I waited for about 20 minutes in the hot ☀️ there were shades areas to sit and wait but I now see those were taken away, however there was one straw umbrella a young was sitting under when I arrived. The young man finally received 2 snow cones now there is still another person in front of that still needs to order as she’s ordering she offered to pay for mine but I was still unsure about what I wanted, I thanked her and declined now it’s finally my turn I order 2 hotdogs and a stuffed wedding cake it was a young lady behind me so I wanted to also play it forward and told the lady I wanted to also pay for the order behind me. Rudely the lady explained they have a system they go by and she would have to wait in which that’s understandable then she goes on to say my food would get cold. I felt like all she should have said..”yes u sure can pay for her order and we fix hers after we finish yours “ just that simple as she continues to go into the system they have I paid for my order but as I sat there I got upset, I then knocked on the window to get my money back and told her she was extremely rude.
