The Udder Side — Restaurant in Jonesville

This place has always been one of our favorite places. They have alllll of the ice cream! I'm a big fan of their signs throughout their drive-thru. They make for a good laugh.

I'll start with what I'm not a big fan of first. Their wraps. Specifically the BLT wrap. It’s been awhile since I’ve had it, but the last time I got it there was so much mayo on it that I couldn't taste anything else and I wasn’t a fan of the bacon. They charge more if you don’t pay with cash. Their onion rings. I've had better. Just not a fan. No shaded area to eat.

My favorite things about this place. The ice cream list. A mile long. Everything you can dream of. Fat Farmers Cyclone. Peanut butter and mini chocolate covered pretzels. Yumm. The supreme nachos are so good. A large will literally feed an army. The burgers are great. The mini corn dogs are equal to or maybe better than the fair corn dogs. They have the best nacho cheese. Super fast service!

Not sure why cinnamon ice cream has to be called "red indian", other ice cream stores sell it as cinnamon, why does color and race have to be attached to an ice cream flavor, it would be as ridiculous as having chocolate be "Brown African". I'm just saying it's racist, regardless if it is referring to native Americans or people from india. ICE CREAM SHOULD NOT BE RACIST! Well since indian is not a country, India is, its people are Indian and skin tone is red, I feel it's pretty racist, chocolate comes from south america, it shouldn't be called chocolate, how about Brown Ecuadorian? The name of the flavor should have nothing to do with the country of origin, and furthermore I'm not jumping on any "bandwagon", I have always thought it racist. Great place for ice cream! Soooo many options...... Updateunfortunately after frequenting this place for many years and spending hundreds of dollars here ...I will not be back. Stopped last night for a small dinner and spent just under $30 on fries, 4 chicken fingers, cheese curds (terrible), and a burger. After ordering, I went up and asked for a ice water to drink. They told me it would be $.27. I informed them that I had just spent nearly $30 and I didn't feel I should have to pay for a tiny cup of water. Well, after discussing with the owner how much money I had spent at her business over the years she still felt that she would rather loose my business than give me a free cup of water.
