Who'd have thought the cozy little town of Junction City could beat out Eugene/Springfield for having the best Chinese food? Well, I am here to tell you, that is exactly what has in fact happened. It's only a few minutes drive to Junction City & if you are serious about having some excellent Chinese food, Tin Sing is your place to go. My Mar Far Chicken wasn't greasy, they use breast meat instead of thigh meat, the batter had the most delicious sesame tasting spice to it & it was freshly made. I asked for a side of Sweet & Sour Sauce & the Sauce she brought me wasn't that Red generic Corn syrupy kind. This Sweet & Sour Sauce was smooth, Orange, Tropical Fruit tasting. I could have easily bought a pint of it & brought it home to use on other food. It was so darn deliciously different. You can't find an order of Pea Pods anywhere in Eugene/Springfield lately, everyone's seemingly out of them. At Tin Sing, no problem. My Pea Pods were mixed with generous amounts of Carrot, Onion, Garlic & Water Chestnut. The Garlic sauce was perfection & the size of the dish was big. Pea Pods are one of my most favorite dishes & these were crunchy, snappy & not even close to overcooked. The Fried Rice was ok, it needed a lot of help but it was acceptable, so that was my only disappointment, so next time I will not pay the $2.50 up charge for Fried Rice, I will just get Steamed Rice for free. My server was very kind & attentive & the entire restaurant is clean. I will most definitely be back! Thank...

Tin Sing makes my heart sing...with pure joy. The sauce on the General's chicken has the perfect amount of spice. Generous amounts of shrimp in the Lo Mein. Pork fried rice is a great add-on. Drizzle that extra "Tso Sauce" (don't chuck it) on the rice when you're done with your chicken and you've got yourself an extra free meal for the next day. Every time I come to Oregon, when the place begins its descent, I try to spot Tin Sing on the ground because the excitement borders on overwhelming. Tin Sing is 3.78% of the reason why my romantic relationship remains healthy and vibrant. It is our happy place. Thank you Tin Sing for everything you do to make Junction City a...

Went to Tin Sing and the waitress was very rude and was snappy. When my husband got his plate the sweet and sour chicken was cold and the waitress rolled her eyes at him. He explained that the chicken was the only thing cold. When she came back with his plate the sweet and sour pork was so hot it burnt his mouth and everything was super soggy, which it was not before reheating.

I would never recommend this place and will never be back. We ended up leaving right after his food was reheated and still paid full price. The waitress didnt even seam to care that we...
